Great location easy car parking quiet too

the room was basic the view from the window looked like a construction site, during the day it also sounded like one too, the restaurant wasn’t open

Lovely people and very helpful and great parking.

There was no heater and it was very cold. The staff did provide a small portable heater however it would have been nice to know beforehand there was no heat.

The room was clean enough and was not bad looking

The front desk employer was rude and didn’t have patience when talking to us. I asked and question and he abruptly stopped me and was really annoyed about me asking him. He didn’t explain to us when was the checkout and I had to ask him and didn’t even told us that we had to leave the key inside the room and just leave, so we wasted so much time trying to do find him and had to call to a number they have on the door to getting again annoyed respond. They charged us more money than what the Booking.com were and he said that we were late at the check in so we have to pay more. The room was cold due to having a small portable radiator only working and the actual radiators were closed and couldn’t be turned on. They were blankets in the closet but they were smelling really bad and we couldn’t use them.

Staff was not really present so I could judge their behavior but that's a plus for a simple and discreet getaway. For what I paid for two nights it was more than worth it, good job Noelle Hof. It was very important to have parking space directly at the property cos the street is very narrow and hardly any free spot left for parking. In general I had a great time, slept well and I will definitely visit again anytime I m around the area
