Great choice of hot and cold food...delicious irish breakfast

When we checked in we wanted to dine in the hotel on the night. However last time we could get was 6.45...much too early so we went elsewhere...i feel residents should be able to choose time ..within reason..on a Monday night...

Beautiful hotel

The staff are not friendly at all. We did have one young lady who serviced us breakfast. She was the only one who spoke to us in the two days we stayed.

There was on going renovations which meant there was drilling and hammering going on right below our room ,from we arrived at 3pm till we went out at 5pm ,apparently this continued to 8pm ,it then started again at 8am till we checked out at 12 ,the manager whom we complained to said booking. Com were informed of this and that they should have let us know in advance,

it was beautiful hotel and staff were extremely friendly and so helpful

nothing really only thing there was water in our kettle from god knows when so put me of having tea that’s our only one thing everything was excellent

Everything was just 100%. The spa and massage was out of this world, Wonderful. I will definitely be paying it a visit again

It may not be a nice thing to say, toilet paper could have been a little bit better.

Excellent pool and leisure facilities. Great location to Carlingford town.

Woken by some noise at 8:30am from builders/staff doing rework on bedrooms in the same corridor.
