Groenten en fruit van het ontbijt waren rot. Kamer heel basic en te warm.

Very quirky interior decoration. Lovely reception/lounge to have a drink. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable bed and quiet location. Church bells didn’t really disturb us.

The breakfast seemed expensive so we didn’t try it. Maybe a simpler option of just coffee and pastry plus juice would be good.

La situation du lieu, la décoration, le petit déjeuner varié et l’accueil chaleureux de l’équipe (surtout au petit déjeuner, clin d’œil 😉). Hôtel très propre, bien équipé. Coin bureau dans la chambre.

La perle dénichée des hôtels que j’ai côtoyés dans les derniers 6 ans d’aller-retour Belgique/ Italie La remarquable gentillesse du personnel h24, La propreté, la déco, la qualité de la nourriture, le parking couvert protégé gratuit, la chambre énorme et soigneusement décorée, un p’tit dej royal….que demande de plus? Ah, le prix: incroyablement compétitif !!!! 2ème fois pour moi, bientôt la troisième, sans hésitation.

Aucune faute pour l’hôtel 10/10. Or, Des hôtes pitoyables à éviter au dessus tout Malheureusement il y’a des personnes arrogantes et inadaptés à la vie en société qui se consacrent à embêter le séjour des autres. Une dame coupable d’un comportement exécrable qui ne mériterait pas de séjourner dans cet hôtel si familial et accueillant. Une personne pitoyable qui s’est permise d’imposer son arrogance à la salle du p’tit dej. Son inaptitude à été vite remarquée même par les autres clients. Honte et misère à elle.

We were upgraded to a bigger apartment.

Wifi was not available since the apartment was outside the main location and the signal was very bad.

La cosa migliore ( l'unica!) è la posizione centralissima

All'arrivo mi è stato chiesto se avessi voluto fare la colazione (+€14) ,la camera sarebbe stata al terzo piano. Al mio no, mi hanno assegnato una camera al 4° piano. Preciso che avevo scelto la camera tipo l'offerta più cara perché dalle foto era più ampia con un divano. La camera era un sottotetto con 2 lucernari. Essendoci 32 gradi era rovente e l'aria condizionata non funzionava. Evidentemente lo sapevano perché era presente un ventilatore! Ho soggiornato 2 notti e non hanno nemmeno rifatto il letto ma soli svuotato il cestino. Consiglio quindi di verificare al vostro accesso alla stanza se tutto corrisponde a quanto pagato.

Hotel is located at city center. Carpark is next to the hotel so easy. Hotel comfort and decoration is so great. Rooms are big enough for family.

Bad Kleiderhaken Frühstück

Kamer was prima, badkamer ook. Ontbijt uitgebreid genoeg, maar wel even zoeken waar alles is en hoe het werkt. Leukste stukje van Mullhouse lag om de hoek. De dierentuin/ botanische tuin was even lopen, heuvel op, maar alleszins de moeite waard.

Personeel was niet echt vriendelijk en leek niet geïnteresseerd. Bij de ontvangst werd geen enkele info gegeven. Ik heb zelf een plattegrond gepakt. Mullhouse zelf viel tegen, niet wat we verwacht hadden.

This is exactly how a boutique hotel should be. Friendly, quirky and comfortable. Fantastic location in the center of Mulhouse. The breakfast room is delightful and the wellness room is a welcome bonus. Highly recommended.

The lift was very small and hot, and we always had to wait a very long time for it. Our room wasn't so stylish like the pics online but it was very big and clean which is great.

Very nice quirky hotel. Comfortable bed, breakfast was good and staff very friendly and attentive. Great car park with access straight into the hotel. Follow hotel directions to Rue de Couvert and it is easy to find.

Nothing to dislike - hotel doesn't have a restaurant but is surrounded by restaurants so not an issue.

Hotel is well decorated, staff is warm and welcoming, perfect location (close to the train station and right in the middle of town). Nespresso coffee machine in the bedroom is a plus.

Directions given to get from the carpark to the hotel were a bit confusing. Our room was facing a rooftop bar that had loud music til late. Isolation is poor, we could also hear the other guests through the walls.

A little difficult to find by car.

Nice hotel, pretty cool decoration. The best is the location indeed. Walking distance from main square, restaurants and shops. You can reach the hotel from train station very easily.

The staff were extremely friendly and the quirkiness of the hotel has to be seen to be believed, with so many cool little furnishings and decorations within the hotel. the breakfast was very good too. Great hotel, I will stay again next time I come to this area

Parking is the only thing which is something which could be better. although there are plenty of local car parks, there are none which are extremely close to the hotel. In wet weather, as I had, it was not ideal at all walking to the car from the hotel
