Hôtel très bien situé du centre 5 min à pieds,déco top , familial,la propriétaire est super sympa, à l'écoute....Je conseille fortement cet établissement.J'y retournerais sans problème

Quiet road (mostly). Attractive dining/breakfast room. Comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was fine. The staff spoke many languages, were friendly and helpful. The evening restaurant was excellent.

Shower in the bath. Stand alone shower would be my preference.

Location, quality of the breakfast, decoration of the hotel, kindness and efficiency of the staff and most of the facilities of the hotel.

The only small detail that we did not fill confortable with was the fact that the shower did not have doors and/or walls and when we took a shower the water dripped out of the shower cubicle.

Room was small, but had everything we needed.

Simple room but everything was clean and linens and towels were good. Bed was comfortable. Hostess was charming and very helpful.

the safe was not connected to the wall. The beach is close but it is the far end of the beach from the town area.

A special place, from the entrance to my room. Beautifully decorated with everything you needed. Welcoming friendly staff, great breakfast and dinner too Easy to walk to from the train, the area felt safe and was round the corner from the Old Centre and the Beach but quiet.

The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful

Very good location in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Very friendly and helpful owners. Nice boutique hotel. Free parking on the street in front of the hotel.

It was all good

We had a three person room. We liked the decoration, the room had charm. The bathroom was modern and clean. The small deck/patio was very nice. The beach was an easy walk away. Our objective in staying in Saint Jean was to have a relaxing break at the beach for a few days, and the Maria Cristina provided a good setting for our stay.

Excellent location. Nice big spacious room. Nicely decorated. Large comfy bed. Lovely bathroom with big sink and good shower. Staff were very kind and helpful and they had excellent english. Lovely for a couple to stay. Although breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was, it was tasty and it was lovely to be able to sit out in the cool outdoor area and relax.

Room wasn't soundproofed so wasn't as private as we'd had liked. Wifi wasn't working. Didn't take card payment.
