The staff was exceptional, willing to help and accommodate any request.

Hotel is very well positioned for ski lifts and about a 15min walk to the middle of town. The bar & restaurant areas are very well furnished. Rooms are small with limited storage space but have been refurbished as well as possible given size limitations. There is a ski room with adequate storage but the boot warmers are ancient and don't work. The spa area is tiny and dark in a basement area and would not be considered a highlight if that is what you wanted. Overall I would consider this to be a 3 star hotel in terms of facilities but with a 4 star bar & restaurant, and great staff.

Did not have breakfast. The hotel was nice and comfortable.

Internet was not very strong.

The swimming pool was great after a day of hiking

The bathroom was small and requires renovation

We loved this hotel! It's a little out of the centre, but worked well for the TMB. The outdoor pool was a total bonus after a very hot day on the trails! Dinner and breakfast was excellent, if a little gourmet for those of us needing a little more after a big day of exercise.

Great facility but managed poorly. Booking info messed up.
