Zimmer heizte sich bei hohen Außentemperaturen extrem auf, da halfen auch die Thermovorhänge und der Dyson Luftkühler nicht, sehr laute Straße am Bahnhof,
Das sehr kleine Badezimmer, kein Zimmerservice bei 3 Tagen Aufenthalt, relativ teuer

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir konnten sogar 1,5h vor der check in Zeit in unser Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mit Liebe angerichtet und die leeren Teller wurden sehr schnell von der netten Bedienung abgeräumt.

Kérésünk ellenére a reggelihez nem kaphattunk hűvös vizet. A szoba túl közel van a vasúthoz, nagyon zajos, nyitott ablaknál nem lehet aludni. Vagy recepció van vagy reggeliztetés.

Die Lage war gut, wir hatten unser Zimmer zur Hauptstraße wenn das Fenster geöffnet war ist es allerdings sehr laut. Zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln waren es nur 5 Minuten. Die Innenstadt ist in 15 Minuten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren fünf Tage und hatten das Auto nicht genützt. Mit der Gästekarte sind Bahn, Bus und Fähre kostenfrei zu benützen, ist eine tolle Sache.
In den Zimmern gibt es außer einem sehr hohen Schrank (für das obere Fach bräuchte man einen Hocker oder eine kleine Leiter) keine Ablagemöglichkeiten (ist nicht gut). Es gibt nur ein Spiegel im Bad über dem Waschbecken sonst war keiner vorhanden. Es hätte Möglichkeiten im Zimmer einen großen Spiegel anzubringen das gehört eigentlich zum Standard. Des Weiteren wäre es auch hilfreich wenn einige Garderoben Haken an der Wand wären für Jacken usw.

Zentrale Lage um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region zu erreichen ( ÖPNV ) , geräumige Zimmer , Frühstück sehr reichhaltig um Abwechslungsreich ,

Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. Man fühlt sich wohl, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage direkt an der Strasse ist zwar nicht ideal , hat uns aber nicht gestört da der Lärm nachts gering war.

The location is really fantastic, it is right opposite the main Pirna bus and train station but it is still quiet. It was perfect as a base to explore the surrounding areas by public transport. It is a short walk to reach the main center where all the shops and restaurants are. The breakfast was nice.
The room we stayed in was a lot more dated than what was shown on the photos. The mattresses were on the older side, the bedsheets were pilly and rough.

The location being on the main road makes it a little loud at night (should be considered for light sleepers)

Really good windows that blocked noise from outside (cars, trains). Really nice staff!
Really bad doors that let in noises from the corridor. We were woken up multiple times by other guests. Lighting in the room was not optimal, main light too bright, bed lights too dark to read.

The price was ok, the room and the bed were clean and the shower very pleasant. I like how the room was organized. The hotel is very close to the train station (less than 5 minutes), but you don't hear the trains.
There was a smell of mold in the bathroom. I suppose because there are no windows, so it's difficult even with a ventilation system.

Had large electrical device in room that may have been an air conditioner, but functionality or what it was defeated me.
