Frühstück hervorragend. Zimmer und Bad sehr schön und geräumig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Bettdecke zu schwer, die Kopfkissen zu fest. Sonst alles gut.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Personal ist sehr freundlich, während der Festspieltage wurde der Küchenschluss auf nach 23.00 Uhr gelegt und man wurde trotz der späten Stunde sehr freundlich bedient - einfach toll

Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Mit ein paar Handgriffen könnte mann manches ein bisschen aufhübschen, z.B. die zerissenen Fahnen ersetzen

Aufgrund der Nähe zur Autobahn für mich als Geschäftsreisender sehr gute Lage.
Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und schon ab 06:00 Uhr verfügbar.
Gutes Bett und ruhiges Zimmer.

We liked almost everything: the property has a great location right at the entrance of the Bayreuth, the rooms were clean and well arranged, the staff was nice to us, the breakfast (which is contra cost) was very diverse, all the products were fresh and delicious. It’s an advantageous price-quality ratio.
not sure why, but the navigation programs (Waze, Google Maps) didn’t lead us to the hotel and it’s parking place, but to a point located right on the boulevard. That’s was quite uncomfortable, but even so, we could identify a quick alternative route on the map.

We stayed there on the way home, and this was a perfect hotel for it. Close to highway, easy to park and reception 24/7. The layout of the room is good. Room was clean and quite. There are blackout curtains. This was exactly what we needed for our short stopover. We traveled with 2 years old baby, which slept with us in a bed. We didnt eat at the hotel.

Close to the A9, so great for overnight on the way to south. Nice rooms with cmfortable beds. You can have dinner at the restaurant. Discent breakfasts. Parking in the front and back of the hotel.

Good location for passing through on the way to the airport. Close to the motorway
Very tired looking, would benefit from a refit. Carpets in the hallways stained and dirty. Wifi only free for 2 hours, after that you have to pay. Minibar was empty and not plugged in, could not even find the plug, it must have been hidden behind the fridge

Great location, just few minutes from the motorway, but still calm. Bit of green area to walk with the dog in the morning. Room is very clean with a pretty big bathroom. Reception opened non stop with very friendly staff.

The staff is fantastic: the two young persons a man and a young lady were so kind and professional and super helpful! Location is good, rooms are clean and breakfast yummy! My new favourite hotel.

We got a double room, which was great for our family. Both rooms were clean, big and with comfortable beds.
Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were also good.
The location. The hotel is a bit outside of the city, next to an industrial area.

Nice friendly staff,super helpful. Best beds in Germany!! Great shower and spacious bathroom. Room good size with a small balcony. Excellent breakfast with everything there, no complaints. Inner city 2 minutes from hotel walking. Parking right behind hotel.

Hotel is located close to highway but rooms are soundproof so noise with closed windows is not a problem. Exceptionally attentive and courteous staff is doing everything to resolve any problems. Restaurant on site is a bonus and serves good dinner. Parking is free.
Wi-Fi is not perfect. It requires to log in every 2 hours thru special site and is often slow.

Ideal place for one night stay, near to the motorway. The rooms are comfortable, the very big hotel is quiet.
Still no restaurant (because of COVID), however lot of restaurants in Germany have opened small gardens already. Even worse, no bar!

I liked that it had some nice touches. Nothing very fancy but important details.( a botle opener in the room, some nice items in the bathroom)
Lots of parking spaces which is always a big plus.
I didn't like that even if we reserved a double room with a double bed we got a double room with two beds pushed together. It might be a comon practice this days but is very unconfortable. So this is the only minus that I can bring up.
