Breakfast was not included! pool was nice and room was nice as well. Air conditioning was welcomed after touring they Bari in July.only down fall was that the hotel restaurant chef does not know temperature for steak. Ordered steak medium and was well done. Other than that, all was good

Screaming children in hallway after 1am. Fitness area is not clean.

Comfortable, large, clean room. Kind, helpful staff. A delicious breakfast that meets all needs.

Pretty noisy environment, due to the traffic (but only with the open window).

The breakfast was outstanding! So many choices and the quality was first-rate.

I would like individual control of the AC system in our room. Whenever it is between seasons of hot or cold, the only way to stay cool at night is to open a window and listen to all the traffic and other noises throughout the night.

We didn’t like the location- wasn’t much around and needed to get a taxi everywhere. The room was a little tired and worn out. Broken toilet flush, broken seat by bed, shower hose was broken - over priced for what it was. I’d expect better for the money. The spa hours were very limited which was disappointing especially with children.

The spa suite was great and the breakfast was fabulous.

The location isn’t great, quite a long way from the city centre but not near the coast, but perhaps that is reflected in the prices.

Room was very spacious and nice. Breakfast was delicious. All staff are nice and kind.

Breakfast was very good. Lovely coffee, great choice of juices, nuts and sweets, I enjoyed fish. But "English" part of breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage) was low.

We chose this place because of pool and sauna. With kids you have limited time slots so after check-in it was not available, second day of our stay we could attend (bud pool was due to problems cold), third day again not available for kids.

I would like to recommend this hotel. The food is good, the rooms are clean and always well organized and the hotel staff is always happy to help and give everything you ask for.
