I didn't mind but because it's in centre it can be quite noisy... but after ally activities I slept like log 😅

The apartments are the best for the price if you want to stay in the Old Town. Everything you may need is within 5 minutes by foot. Very welcoming stuff.

The location means it is very loud with clubs potentially in front of the windows. With ear plugs I was able to sleep but not block it out completely

It's located right in the middle of the city center and it's near to every kind of facility such as restaurants, shopping mall, sights.

Just lack of the working wifi .

The location is perfect, you just need a few steps to the main market, grocery shops and restaurants are nearby. It was clean, we could check in and out easily and store our luggage.

The kitchen/dining room was big but didn’t have any daylight. Our room had a window but it opened into a building site, so no direct daylight either. Personally I also considered this a bit creepy and insecure. No washing machine unfortunately.

This room (it should not be called an apartment) is located next to the old town square. This was a convenient location. Small express/corner shops were on the same street together with cafés, restaurants and fast food chains (if you prefer them).

This accommodation is situated on a busy street with a music club and take away places. We slept with the window closed and didn't sleep properly for 4 nights. People were congregating outside the building. We heard a few fights break out outside during our stay. Bins got emptied early in the morning as well. It felt more like a young and lively' resort of Malia than a historic old town. The apartment is in need of some TLC. Please see the photos below (only able to pick one per room). Walls were stained and some stuff next to the bed looked like dried boogers on the wall. No mattress protector over stained mattress or duvet etc. Shower would also benefit from replacement. It would be great if maybe an iron was available to use/rent. We haven't came across any of the staff even during the day. But arrival directions were communicated clearly to us via email. Overall, for £50 more we could have stayed in a much better accomodation. We considered leaving after the first night, but as we only stayed for 4 nights in total and had a busy schedule, we decided not to bother. The communal kitchen was decent, the fridge was not so much. We often go camping and campsites have cleaner fridges. Room 5 has an entry door located in that kitchen so if this room is used, it would be really noisy for those who will stay in that room.

The appartments were near the Old town center, easy to navigate and find as well close many delightful sights. The room itself was quite small but clean and cozy, perfect for one or two people. And the appartment itself was quite atmospheric with a beautiful shared kitchen. The appartments are also very close to a grocery store and several restaurants.

The wifi connection wasn't the best, it was workable for most day to day applications (facebook, email, 480p youtube), however as I was staying on a business trip, it was quite difficult to transfer larger amounts of data. Another unfortunate thing is that the hotel room is situated so it has a window overlooking the city street, this wouldn't be an issue however across the street is a quite noisy club. I still managed to get full 8 hours of sleep, but people easily disturbed by noise should bring ear plugs.

Super central, spacious, comfortable stay! +The apartment’s location is hard to beat- we lived right in the middle of the old town, close to the beautiful central square and all the restaurants. +The hotel staff are very friendly, caring and accommodating. Konrad is the best! +Clean! the cleaning staff kept the common kitchen sparkling clean, and were also very kind and helpful with questions. +The apartment itself was very spacious, with large living room, which was perfect for us.

-If you are sensitive to noise at night, my advice is that you ask for an apartment that’s facing the back yard, not the street. (The street has restaurants and bars since it’s so central, and got a bit busy at night when we stayed.) I was ok with the noise, but my mom had trouble sleeping, and so Konrad offered to move us to another apartment in the same hotel, which is fully quiet, and this was really sweet and appreciated.

An excellent welcome and accomodation of our special request to leave the luggage before the check in time. A spacious common kitchen with everything necessary for a coffee/tea break or preparing one's breakfast.

Staying right in the old town was a convenience at daylight but a curse at night: the windows facing the street meant unceasing buzz, shouting and what not until 6 am, making it quite challenging to sleep. An air conditioning or at least ventilation system might have solved the issue, but as it was lacking, closing the windows was not an option at all in the July heat.
