La localización es excelente

Le hace falta una buena reforma. Las habitaciones son antiguas, el baño está bien sin más. Pero la relación calidad precio por su ubicación me parece que está bastante bien.

Pleasant, welcoming hotel. Nice room and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Near bus and train station. Easy walk to attractions and old town. Cartagena well worth visiting for its Roman sites displayed in excellent museums.

Area a bit dead at night

lage. zufuss in wenigen minuten in die altstadt mit all den kulturellen und kulinarische highlighted. trotz renovierung etwas „in die jahre“ gekommen. gutes paekplatzangebot.

alles eigentlich ok für einen kurzen stadtaufenthalt.

thoroughly enjoyed the stay, great room ( took our grandson had a double and single bed) great staff, great food and gret location.

Great location. Clean and tidy. Liked the bathroom. Helpful reception staff.

Beds were average. Room was basic but sufficient.

Location was very good. Near ( 10 minute walk) to plenty of restaurants and bars. Close to Roman museum. Check in efficient and staff helpful and friendly. Cartagena is a great city to visit. Room very clean. I would describe the hotel as cheap and cheerful rather than 3 star comfort.

Bed not the most comfortable. The room was quite tired. The hotel could do with a refurbishment.

The breakfast staff were OUTSTANDING in every sense of the word. Constantly smiling and assisting with the buffet breakfast - which was excellent. Room was huge, clean and warm, with plenty of tables to accommodate all guests. They even helped a limping guest carry her tray to her table (without prompting). Housekeeping didn't speak English but were very kind and efficient. There's also a lift which came in very handy.

Older male at front desk should've been welcoming - but wasn't. Female was friendlier. The bed size was satisfactory, but was rock hard and gave me a back ache.

The hotel is well situated from the rail station and city centre

The room had an extra bed in it which blocked the wardrobe doors, The hot breakfast was FAR from hot and defiantly not fresh made

Great location for everything. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Fantastic secure parking which can be pre booked.

Bar area smelt of sewage. Hopefully a one off occurrence.
