So, the first shock, aside from the fact that it's a pretty awful building where you're a bit scared to walk down the hallway (similar to an old student dorm), came when I opened the door to the room. I was hit by a brutal cigarette smell. I seriously considered sleeping on the balcony instead. Though the balcony was small and didn't have any seating. It's also great that they have a pool in the photos, which is why I booked the place (it was early October but still 25 degrees)... The pool is indeed in the photos, but you can't use it because it's not functional. They could at least mention that in the description. Finding someone else's hair on the shower hose doesn’t exactly add to the comfort either. But for the price was ok.

La piscina

En el rellano olía muy mal, a rancio, no era algo puntual, era todos los días. La televisión era muy pequeña. La habitación era duplex y en la zona superior no se podía dormir del calor que hacía, debería tener aire acondicionado.

La localización. Tiene unos alrededores maravillosos para pasear al lado de la Ría del Pas. Muy cerca de Santander y de todo lo que queríamos visitar. Además es ideal para familias con niños.

El apartamento estaba bien en general. Reformado salvo el baño. Los exteriores muy deteriorados, necesita una buena reforma.

The Apartamentos Dunas de Liencres offered a spacious and comfortable apartment with all the necessary facilities for a relaxing stay. The room itself was a real plus, providing ample living area.

There were a coupel of minor inconveniences. The room required a keycard to be inserted for the electricity to function. Which meant the water heater wasn't initially turned on, resulting in a wait for hot water for showering. Additionally, the location of our apartment. It was situated quite far from the main reception area where the dining, pool, and laundry facilities were located. Unfortunately, this distance prevented us from taking full advantage of those amenities.

L'appartement spacieux, appartement propre et refait à neuf, le parking facile d'accès. Des équipements suffisants pour un court séjour (cuisine, lits, salle de bain...).

L'immeuble semble un peu vétuste et défraichi (notamment un bâtiment non terminé, qui est muré). Aspect extérieur (carreaux cassés, béton sale, tagué). On dirait un bâtiment abandonné. Douche étroite, qui fuyait.

Apartamento en zona tranquila y en perfecto estado, camas cómodas y situado muy cerca para visitar el parque de Cabarceno y Santander.

La piscina climatizada, el agua estaba algo fría, además no dispone de vestuarios para cambiarse, por lo que para los que tenemos que trasladarnos en coche desde el apartamento, supone un problema. Por otro lado el apartamento es para 6 personas, al igual que la reserva, y sin embargo solo dispone de 4 sillas. La puerta del microondas no se abre del todo, porque toca en las escaleras que suben a la habitación superior, limitando en gran manera el tamaño del objeto a calentar.

La amplitud y seguridad de las zonas comunes para niños y variedad de actividades.

La decoración y modernidad del apartamento es mejorable.
