The staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The location was quite good, with restaurants and the beach nearby. The bathroom was big enough and clean.

In general, the hotel could use a renovation. The staff was very nice, but not enough for the size of the hotel. For example, several times we had to go to the reception to ask for someone to serve us at the bar. The pool had tables as a bar but no people serving. The room was small and dark, with very little space, no table nor chair. The daily cleaning was very superficial - several days we found sand in the bed, I agree the linen does not need to be changed every day but they could at least make sure that they shake them to avoid things like this. The parking is really small and was full, so we couldn't make use of it. In summary, it is an OK hotel, but for sure not worth the price we paid.

Parking is really a problem if you forget to book it. The only place is at the beach. Rooms okay, not luxe.

Haven't experienced friendliness, barely no communication with personnel in English possible. Did not get the room with one bed, which we booked. Breakfast with only little choice and poor quality.

I arrived just after dinner had "closed" and they made room for me. Also very non-fussy about a late checkout.

We chose this hotel for our scuba dive vacation at L'Estartit (Medes Islands). The location is very good, excellent service, a generous breakfast and very serious (yet friendly) hygienic measures (Covid19).

Nothing wrong.
