De locatie met prachtig uitzicht op de Acropolis

Onze kamer had uitzicht op de tuin. Geen idee waar die tuin was. Eén boom is geen tuin.

Food was delicious. Staff was so kind. Excellent location. We will come again!

Breakfast at roof top, very central location close to every place we wanted to go. Service staff at the hotel always helpful and smiling very nice experience.

mattresses of the bed were very soft and not orthopedic at all, and were uncomfortable to me. The double bed, were two single beds combined so also a negative point for that.

Uiteraard het geweldige uitzicht op de Acropolis! De kamers waren netjes. Kamers zijn groot, gewoontjes maar netjes ingericht. Ik heb heel fijn geslapen. Zeer attente medewerkers! Ze wisten dat ik rond mijn verjaardag in het hotel verbleef, en werd enorm verrast met een taartje en een fles wijn! Ik voelde me helemaal jarig!

Alles is hoorbaar! Stampende gasten boven ons, naast ons hoorde ik ze (hard) praten. Cleaning staff maakte ons iedere ochtend wakker door hun bezigheden en praten. Scheelde ons wel wekker zetten, hahaha.

El Hotel tiene una situación excelente para moverse por Atenas a pie. Las vistas durante el desayuno son maravillosas, degustar el café admirando el Acrópolis es un placer indescriptible. Todo el personal excelente, super agradable y dispuestos a entenderte a pesar de que no hablan español. Muy buena relación calidad- precio. Amenities de todo tipo. Pondría un pero a la limpieza, que debería ser mas escrupulosa en cuanto a alfombras y polvillo por el suelo. Sin duda volvería a alojarme allí.

Me gustó casi todo, por poner un pero, la limpieza debería ser más escrupulosa para un hotel de esa categoría, y no es que esté sucio, falta refinar.

Fantastiskt hotell med god mat. Två restauranger helt olika menyer. Fantastisk frukost med en otrolig utsikt över Akropolis. Sällan sett så många turister gå upp så pass tidigt för att äta frukost:) Finns både ute och inne sittning. Det tar ca 4-5 min från hotellet till inne i Plakan med många butiker och restauranger. Ca 45-50 min med taxi från flygplatsen, runt 50 Euro.

Vi är jättenöjda, detta är hotellet i Aten för oss! Bra att veta det finns katter i trädgården om man inte gillar att få lite besök under borden vid middagen.

כמה דקות אחרי שמסרתי ברישום למלון את פרטי האשראי שלי לפתיחת מסגרת כמקובל המלונות, תקשרו אלי מהביטחון של כרטיס האשראי לדווח על שימוש באשראי שלי באתר קניות לא מוכר. דווחתי זאת לקצין הבטחון במלון. לא יודע אם זה קשור למלון, אבל צירוף המקרים חשוד ביותר. מזל שחברת נאשראי פעלה מיד ולא נגרם לי נזק. לבד מהאירוע הזה- מלון מומלץ ביותר.

Kahvaltısı çok güzel doyurucuydu. Kruvasanlar maalesef güzel değildi geliştirilmeli. Konumu her yere o kadar yakın ki keşke topuklu ayakkabı getirseydik dedik. 😊

Odaların yalıtımları inanılmaz kötü. Temizlik personelinin yan odada poşet açmasını duyuyorduk. Yan kapı çalınca kendi kapımız çalındı sanıp kapıyı açmaya gittik 🥲

The views from the room and restaurant were amazing. The location is unreal — close to the Acropolis, other landmarks, and great restaurants. The staff were helpful, informative, and attentive.

The hotel was undergoing construction on the floor above our room. We were not informed of this before our arrival.

roof restoran muhteşem güzel manzaralı. Kahvaltı fevkalade güzel, bol çeşit üst kalite. Otel elit. Eşimin doğumgünü için geldiğimizi belirtmiştim. Odaya şarap be meyve ikramı göndermeleri hoş bir süpriz oldu.

2 ayrı acenteden 2 gün için aynı standartta oda satın aldım. Check-in sırasında iki gün aynı odada kalmak istediğimizi özelikle belirtmeme rağmen 2. gün öğleden sonra (check-out zamanı geçtikten sonra) istirahat ederken resepsiyon arayıp odayı değiştirmemiz gerektiğini söyledi. Her ne kadar anlatmaya çalışsam da ikna olmadılar. Müşteri memnuniyeti için uğraş verilmedi. Biz konaklamayı iptal etmek istediğimizi belirttik. Eşyalarımız topladık odadan tam çıkış yapacakken arayıp “tamam odanızda kalmaya devam edebilirsiniz, değiştirmeye gerek yok” dediler. İstirahat ederken yapılan bu davranış bizim konforumuzu bozmuş, memnuniyetsizlik oluşturmuştur.

A beautiful, well located hotel. The staff were superb and welcoming. The concierge was always helpful and his advice always proved accurate, making our stay in Athens much easier. We were within walking distance of all that we had wanted to see!

I have no negative comments.

The Acropolis view from the breakfast hall terrace is amazing

Great location and helpful staff. There is a parking right next to the hotel (17 euro per day) and a restaurant with amazing food On the roof top with acropolis view (needs reservation, closing at 12pm).

The restaurant serves the breakfast but it is so small that there are not enough tables for all the guests. So you have to wait at least 20 min in the line to be seated. totally unexpected in a 5 star hotel. Dimitris from the stuff (of the breakfast team) was super rude to us and to other guests and in general the breakfast team was a mess. The buffet was amazing though with everything you may need.

Hotel Electra Palace à Athènes à fuir *Nous avions réservé *2 suites junior – vue jardin (5 nuits)- *(2 personnes par suite) et précisé lors de notre réservation des chambres contiguës, avec des lits jumeaux - loin des ascenseurs – le plus calme possible A notre arrivée à la réception, accueil impersonnel, froid et problème de communication, pourtant nous parlons couramment anglais Après lecture de nos vauchers, la réception nous a affirmé catégoriquement que les suites n’étaient que pour une personne Aucune discution n’a pu être possible Les suites étaient exactement chacune à l’opposé du couloir, lits jumeaux 1 sur 2, une des suites était côté rue (avec un bruit incessant et infernal de camions, motos, livreurs ……..24h/24 ,aucune insonorisation aux fenêtres, à côté des ascenseurs *Un supplément de 100€ nous a été demandé pour l’occupation des chambres parce que nous étions 2 personnes par chambre ?????? limite escroquerie !!!!!!!! *Quand au dîner spectacle du réveillon il n’en avait que le nom : 200€ par personne pour une nourriture ordinaire , pas de nappe ,pas de spectacle mais une chanteuse triste à mourir jouant de la harpe pendant 1 heure, pas de musique , pas de cotillons, pas de bonne année, enfin lamentable !!!!!! A notre arrivée , notre table était une table carrée pour 2 personnes, après maintes remarques et mécontentements de notre part, une personne fort désagréable a bien daigné nous attribuer une table ronde pour 4 personnes Voilà notre séjour et réveillon

Besonders toll ist das Rooftop Restaurant, in dem wir ein wunderbares Abendessen mit Blick auf die Akropolis genießen konnten und wo auch das reichhaltige Frühstück serviert wird. Wir waren im Dezember dort und es war sehr schön weihnachtlich geschmückt.

The location was the best. Easy to get to all shopping and restaurants in the Plaka.

Our room 612 was dated. Wall paper was tired and torn in places. Desk Furniture was scarred.

Everything! The place to stay in Athens.

Paid more for a room with view to Acropolis. It was not exactly like this, you had to go out in the balcony to see Acropolis, but still it was fine. The location is very good.

The breakfast is simply not acceptable for a 5 star hotel! Very poor quality and low cost products. The cleaning ladies were doing everything possible to wake you up at 10.00 (latest), on Saturday and Sunday Polite stuff, but not really focused on resolving problems, more focused on refusing politely The room is close to the level of "in need of renovation"
