Everything nice and clean.

Erin the receptionist was not there when we arrived. We waited a good 5 minutes to be greeted. When we explained that we were not able to get ice in the garage and enquired about getting some from the bar. She said "If you ask nicely" Coming from a customer service background myself, I found this highly unprofessional! Breakfast took an incredibly long time and the restaurant was not too busy. When Breakfast arrived half of the mushrooms were ice cold! The waitresses explanation for this was that, 'they must have been under the lamp for too long'. I take it she was referring to the heat lamp.... that keeps things warm! Also thought the Breakfast, for what it was, was terribly over priced.

The staff were very accommodating, as I have a special diet, they made sure my breakfast was suitable. Also very helpful when I needed to order a taxi.

Good business hotel with connection to the commuter routes. Comfortable bed, TV with Netflix (if you're into it), spacious bathroom, free car park just outside the hotel and tremendous breakfast,

Wi-Fi was coming and going (my room was in the far side of the property), hence I had to turn on data on my phone to be connected.

this property was great value for money and it was much nicer than I had anticipated. the room was clean, comfortable with modern finish.

Quite a "traditional" style hotel located in Newry, N.I . I only stayed here for one night as I was working in the area and had no complaints. The room was fine for the price, the staff were great and I had a lovely evening meal in the bar and nice breakfast the morning after. Ample free parking was also provided.

Needs a little refurbishment to bring it out of the 1980's-90's in the reception area, but don't let that put you off, it's totally fine for an overnight stay.

The room was very comfortable and the bed exceptionally comfortable.

The dining room was rather cold and dark and large - it would be better to close half of it off at less busy times and make it a bit warmer
