The arrival was late as y flight was delayed - when I arrived the night porter was excellent and opened the bar for me to get a drink. The room was comfortable The breakfast was great and the staff were all very friendly

I couldnt find the place initially using Waze sat nav - it sent me around the back using the post code into a housing estate so that was the only bad thing really and that wasnt the hotel's fault - might be worth having a what3words or something.

well positioned and only an easy one hour drive to Dublin airport, where a room at the Radisson on the same night was over 400 euro! free parking and good value for money bar/restaurant

Everything nice and clean.

Erin the receptionist was not there when we arrived. We waited a good 5 minutes to be greeted. When we explained that we were not able to get ice in the garage and enquired about getting some from the bar. She said "If you ask nicely" Coming from a customer service background myself, I found this highly unprofessional! Breakfast took an incredibly long time and the restaurant was not too busy. When Breakfast arrived half of the mushrooms were ice cold! The waitresses explanation for this was that, 'they must have been under the lamp for too long'. I take it she was referring to the heat lamp.... that keeps things warm! Also thought the Breakfast, for what it was, was terribly over priced.
