La proximité de la gare St Pancras et le calme. Il y a aussi 2 excellents restaurants pour le petit déjeuner pas très loin de l’hôtel.

Really nice staff and the location of the hotel is just perfect, especially when you are travelling via train. The Room was perfectly clean, although there is carpet everywhere, but that's my taste i guess. The Room was really really small, but you have everything you need, including the possibility of making youself tea/coffee. Although it is just some steps from Kings Cross / St. Pancras you don´t hear much noise from the outside, but the walls are quite thin.

Everythings a bit old and very small and there´s carpet everywhere, but it is really really clean, thanks to the great staff. The sink is in the shower but that worked suprisingly good, but i guess if you are bigger than me, the bathroom could be too small. You hear your neighbours very clear through the walls. But all in all it´s a really great stay for a good value at a great location.

Reception and check in was very quick and the staff very nice and friendly. Location was excellent, straight opposite Kings Cross/ St. Pancras Station. The hotel is up a side street so there was very little noise disturbance from the main street. Hard to find a family room of this quality in London. Room was very clean, spacious for a 4 bed room with a very good shower and safe in the room.

The only thing that we could have complained about was that the television signal kept dropping out. As we did not spend much time in the room, this was not a great issue.

Posizione perfetta vicino a King' cross station. Stanza piccola ma accogliente. Albergo perfetto per soggiornare qualche giorno. Staff super gentile. Sicuramente ci tornerò!

The staff are always friendly and helpful, check in was simple and I love that we could store our luggage after checkout. The room was simple but clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was a little small, the floor was uneven which made it slippy after a shower and there was quite a gap around the door between the room and bathroom.

A sparkling little gem of an hotel where I had stayed 4 times previously. Staff are welcoming, there is 24 hour reception and just a few minutes walk from St Pancras Station.

The single rooms are very small - anyone of above average size would have trouble moving round the area. But ok for a one night stay. In the bathroom the hand basin was accessed by walking across the shower tray!

L'hotel est vraiement très bien placé, à coté de la gare Saint Pancreas et très propre.

Nous avons eu une chambre au sous-sol: pratiquement nous n'avons meme pas vu la lumière du jour et surtout nous avons eu 2 nuits penibles à cause du bruits du métro qui semblait passer juste à coté de notre chambre.

Small rooms, no AC, fan did not work, small bathroom, firm beds, unable to get fresh clean towels, window barely opened to let in fresh air.

HW is closely located to Kings Cross and St. Pancras Railway stations. It really makes it easy to get around. My room was cleaned everyday and the staff were friendly and Welcoming.

The location for our purposes was excellent. Great places to eat, good pubs and we were moving to our next destination out of Euston Station so it was perfect.

Well renovated hotel in good area. Few minutes walk to St Pancras / Kings Cross stations. 24 hour reception.

This time my (single) room was very small, tiny bathroom and wash basin in bedroom. TV hardly working and unwatchable.

Woman on reception could not have been less welcoming. She didn't greet me at all, grunted to indicate she wanted the booking paper, then gave me the key and waved me in a direction. When I queried if there was a lift or any help with luggage (up three narrow flights of stairs) she just shrugged and turned away from me. This attitude made me feel more like I'd been admitted to a prison than a hotel, and completely affected how I felt during my stay. This woman needs to be removed from any customer facing role.

Great location. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Reasonably quiet.

The sink was in the room and very small. Room could do with a few hooks on the wall for coats. Shower needed a rack as there was nowhere to put your shampoo etc. Could also do with a shelf in the shower room itself.

Surprisingly noisy bed linen, woke myself up when I shuffled around.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and nice.

The room was tiny, but I know this is what it's like in London. However, the only practical annoying thing was the bathroom fan that was switching itself on and off all the time. Even at night.

The room was too small. The wash basin was in the bedroom.

The location of the hotel was good as very close to St Pancras International and some restaurants. The bed was comfortable. Hotel was well decorated and equipped (if only it worked!).

We could hear every single noise from the outside - on the streets, to the inside of the hotel, with other people nextdoor or footsteps upstairs. Moreover, throughout our stay we did not have any electricity. We couldn't charge our phones (when we were traveling the next day!), couldn't watch TV or boil the kettle either. The first lady who welcomed us was lovely but the second one did not show much care about our issue (surely because we were leaving the next day so it didn't matter that much then). She just changed us of room, where the electricity (the sockets) was not working at all either. No one asked us how our stay was or whether the electricity was working in this other bedroom. The customer care was poor. Luckily, we found a socket that worked in the corridor, which lead us to keep our bedroom door opened whilst other people were coming in (no privacy at all). It is nice to see the equipment that is offered to customers but what is the point of paying for all of it if we cannot use them at all?

Really friendly and helpful reception, asked for a quiet room and picked the one overlooking the rear. Couldn't tell we were near the station and busy road, Room was small but we had everything we needed and loved the power shower. Excellent location for the underground and the British Museum.

Lovely large fluffy towels but took a while to notice the hook in the shower as nowhere in the room to hang them to dry, but would have been replaced each day if we had asked.
