Great host, pleasant atmosphere and nice location. Room is great with a nice balcony and breakfast is plentiful.

it was a home from home. very comfortable & clean. i stayed at many a hotel & B&B in Ireland and never stayed in something as nice as here I will 100% be back again. host are delightful breakfast was fab the room was spotless. such a beautiful home & garden
that we had to leave!😅 This place is truthfully beautiful! sat out on the balcony last night watching the stars it was the first time I felt at peace and not distracted by the crazy world in a long while

Teresa gave us a warm and friendly welcome on a rainy night, spacious, quiet room, comfortable beds, great water pressure in showers, delicious breakfast with Irish breakfast, crepes, yogurt, fruit, bread and pastries, juices, and coffee or tea. Beautiful grounds near Kinsale, Ardmore and the coast.

super cute property about 15 minutes from a couple small towns in south Ireland. Teresa took us in last minute as she had a cancellation. it was a wonderful stay in the beautiful countryside. our room overlooked a sunset and we woke up to the sounds of the family farm. really could not be more picturesque. the breakfast was also phenomenal and plentiful

Triple room was a suite with views to the sea, astounding. Our host(ess) was kindness personified. Beds and pillows were excellent, bathroom well fitted. Great breakfast, professionally run.

Everything beautiful, only negative was cold water in shower and sink, but there might have been a switch we did not know about 🙂

This was a lovely house to stay in. Had everything we needed. Delicious breakfast served including homemade bread and scones. Teresa is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home.

hosts very friendly, inviting and accommodating, gardens beautiful, shower in room scalding could not regulate very dangerous could not use, had to use shower in other room which was due to be occupied, could not shower next morning breakfast very bad choice of cereal or bread, would not recommend for price. room smelled of damp.

This was a full B and B. Everything was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed having a space outside of the bedroom to relax in.

We really appreciated the kindness of Theresa, an amazing host, who received us in her house, (very well maintained)and the breakfast which was delicious, nothing was missing to spend a good time there. We’ll come back for our next holidays in Ireland in her house for sure.
