everything was working properly in the room: hot water, toilet.. the breakfast was very good!

there was a smell like there were constantly living smokers and then someone decided to clean it with chemicals. So the overall smell was very bad and opening the window didn’t help. also there were small things like broken part of the entry door or burned part on the walls. I guess the problem is that this hotel is close to Oktoberfest area and people are just destroying everything during this time. Unless you are not drunk - I don’t recommend.

The room had a good size for me. I was surprised at how quiet the room was. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast, especially for this price, was filled with a good selection.

The shower door missed a screw. It worked, but not smoothly.

The room was clean and nicely designed, there was a table to work on and a safe to store valuables. Each bed had two pillows and overall, it was quite surprisingly good. Even checkin past midnight was not a problem.

The double bed were two single beds which moved easily. The checkout time is already at 11am and breakfast ends at 10.30am. The bathroom is cramped and tiny, moving around without bumping into something is tough.

Breakfast was perfect, there were lots of hot/cold foods..Staff at reception was very kind and helpful..Location was near Hackerbrücken train station and reaching to the center was easy..

Light in the room wasn't good, maybe they can increase brightness a little more..

Twin beds are very, very close. Room looks old. WiFi didn't cover the whole room, receptionist was a tad grumpy.

Value for money. I recommend this hotel for 1-2nights stay. Breakfast was 10/10 for me, it includes their famous sausage. Fan is provided in the room. Their bedsheets smells clean.

THE RECEPTION GUY WAS EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY. upon reading other’s feedbacks, i think we were all pertaining to this certain guy. Management should look up this issue. Hotels are offering customer service, therefore, they should atleast have a nice welcoming “committee”. other staffs were nice (girl receptionist + restaurant staffs).

The location was nice.

No bath robe. Not enough light in the room, bulb have different colors, so the light was crazy… please use the same color, warm , or cold. Room was small. The shower drain didn’t work, sooo the shower was a challenge.

The bed: The bed was very uncomfortable, me and my wife had a sore back after a nighs sleep. The mattres is made from springs and it is very old, so you can feel the springs underneath and they are very loud. Makes huge noise every time you slightly move. Noise: During the night, we could hear people form other rooms and especialy any noise from the corridor. The walls and the door are made from paper. Also noise from outside was loud. Bad smell: Somehow the smell of cigarettes filled the room through the open window although the room was on the third floor.
