Good view from terrace room, once we upgraded. Would recommend anyone to take the 4th floor rooms with terrace. Good breakfast. Spacious underground car park. Good breakfast.

Bit of a walk into town, about 20 minutes and all uphill, though mostly a gentle slope. Original room on first floor a bit small and window wouldn't open properly.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel has its parking.

Furniture was a bit outdated. We could not switch off air conditioner.

The location of the hotel is ecxelent, the view from the room was unbelievable. I think is the best place today to stay at Macerata. Very close to the center of the city.

Comfortable room, dark enough and we had a good sleep. Nice view from the window.

Our car was extremely dirty from some mud or similar in the morning. Other cars looked exactly the same - like if someone had splashed muddy water on them and left it to dry. We had to hand-wash the car before we could get going. We don't know what caused this - but if it's common, the hotel should investigate it and warn customers from using their parking. The toilet was way to high up - I couldn't reach the floor. Interior in the bathroom also disturbingly yellow.

The staff spoke English well, the ladies at the reception desk were very nice and helpful.

The property is dated.
