The staff was really good. They are kind and do their best to help you. The kitchen was very good for a budget hostel.

It is a bit unfourtunate and I know that it is not the hostel’s bad, but the people I shared the room were far from the ideal :( It was very smelly inside with so much noise 😕 it affected my experience negatively although this is not the hostel’s fault. So, I can say I am a bit biased to rate this place.

Very Nice place with a lot of life. Children and cats running around and its just a cozy place. Free laundry and Nice common areas with kitchen.

PERFECT LOCATION. It’s near everything you want to do in Zaragoza. The rooms were clean, the lockers work with magnetic cards, bathrooms were okay. Big shoutout to recepcionist Luís, the mullet guy, very helpful and thoughtful.

The outside part is a little messy and dirty. And the kids. I don’t know why there were so many kids running around in a hostel.

Solo travels avoid, most of the guests of this hostel are living long term and have kids. The kitchen during meal times is occupied by the families and other guests who have a communal meal but not you. The walls are paper thin can hear everything. Soap and toilet paper not refilled once in my stay. Shower has no where to put clothes or towel except a rusty screw. Shower head broken Hostel staff playing music out loud on the their phone in communal areas. Staff not polite seem annoyed when I ask for help. No information about the hostel. Given a bed number but half are missing numbers confusing multiple guests. Card wouldn't work at once a day. Kitchen constantly a mess. Been in hostels for 6 months, never have I felt so uncomfortable and out of place. If you stay pay for a sheet. They don't change the bedding.

The location was proximate to the old town. The room is big and the 8 beds weren't fully occupied. They also have a heater in the room.

I didn't like that they seldom cleaned the room and the bathroom has not always have hand soap.
