Comfortable rooms, good location for beach, archaeological sites, local towns

Everything was fine

Breakfast was exceptional. The pool was wonderful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Lot's of fun things to do with kids. The rooms are wonderful. Overall a great stay.

Price is quite steep and parking could be improved, but other than that we had a truly amazing stay. I did not like that there was no dinner on Saturday for religious reasons. That was unprofessional.

Spaciouse room, excellent breakfast, beautiful gardens and excellent recreation facillities, the Thai restauant near the pool was very good - both the food and the service.

Room maintenance and cleaning could be more meticulous. Noise from the corridor, especially from the cleaning staff in the morning Room service was lacking an appropriate trolly or tray,

We chose this location to explore northern Israel. It worked out perfectly. We had dinners and lunches at the bar and the restaurant, both were very good and the breakfasts were sumptuous and delicious. Our balcony was outstanding, large and a beautiful view. The staff especially at the bar were very friendly, helpful, and fun.

I really can't think of anything major. A minor point is that it would be nice to have a coffee/tea station earlier than the breakfast start to grab a "to go" coffee. I like to go for a run in the morning after coffee/tea and before breakfast. But this was a very minor point. Everything was excellent.

The natural surroundinvs were beautiful. The restsurant and room were all new and much appreciated. Great breakfast. Loved the cocktails.

The noise level was too much. Why do you need to play music outdoors?! It's more noise than music and it diminshes the value of what nature is offering, namely birds singing.

Only one small bar of soap was provided so that if we used it at the sink there was no soap for the shower. Only one small bottle of shower gel was provided which is not enough for 2 people. No tissues in the room but they were provided upon request
