Good location, kind cleaning staff

Bathroom was dirty when we arrived, horrible breakfast with food swimming in oil and including leftover food (I ate toast, kiwi and butter for few days until we quit coming for breakfast), stiff bed, low quality pillows

Shared a room with a friend and though it was a little small it was fine for the cost. I loved the LOCATION, right in the midst of Ginza with Mitsukoshi nearby and the convenience food mart, 7 Eleven; Family Mart, Lawsons nearby. Also, there were a lot of Izakaya type restaurants around the streets surrounding the hotel, which was convenient and reasonable. Avoided the expensive find dining restaurants.

The foreign staff were very friendly and spoke English well. The native Japanese staff, to us, were not as friendly or helpful. Really appreciated the foreign staff with handling the Takyuubin, temporary suitcases to hold, and contacting and getting the needed taxi to the airport.

For years I have stayed in this hotel as a returning guest for several days or weeks at a time. It has met my needs in every respect. This is the first time I have stayed here since Covid-19. It was a huge disappointment. I found out about the reduced service when I checked in. No cleaning, no linen change, no service. But the price has not gone down, it has gone up. We had water before, but now we have no water. The room was very small and dirty. There were no curtains, only blinds. Dust hung on the walls, and the bottom of the table was white with a streak of dust. On the second day, we only had a Japanese-style breakfast. On the third day, I couldn't have breakfast because my flight started early, I asked them to pack me a takeaway breakfast and they laughed at me. At the check out I said that I had paid for breakfast but I couldn't eat twice in three days, it's not fair. To which the reply was: sorry. A huge disappointment is this drop in standards and it has left its mark on my time there. I am very sorry to have been so disappointed in my favourite hotel. I will not use it again.

Great location, consider the location room size is acceptable for Twin beds plus extra bed. Breakfast also had good selection.

Great location - walk to transport shops restos cafes bars - everything!

Almost the same breakfast everyday. Staying 10 days would be good to have new breakfast menu. Room cleaning is not so clean and bad (Musty) smell in the toilet.

We have always liked this hotel because of its location in Ginza. Of all the areas in tokyo we prefer this location as it is less crowded compared to the rest. Subways are pretty close. This is around the 5th time we have gone to this hotel and we are loving it always.

Breakfast quality is poor with few selections. Not worth the money for just a couple of sausages and eggs for us... In our prior trips to tokyo we have made it a point to eat breakfast at the hotel before we head out... This was pre pandemic.... this time we only ate once... the first day... and we swore it off for the next 13 days of our trip. Food is nothing special at all... unfortunately this will make us rethink if we will book again here in our future trip to tokyo...maybe its time to try another hotel.

Located close to the subway and to the international forum in the very busy neighborhood of Ginza. Comfortable bathroom despite the small Room.

The Windows are shaded and you can't see outside. Staff could be more friendly and the hotel should employ more English-speaking staff.

Poor internet connection, small rooms, no proper place to work (desktop, or library), no fitness room
