Great central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room had a balcony with chairs so you could sit outside. Delightful cafe only a short walk away.

Quarto grande, a casa de banho bem limpa, a simpatia dos funcionários, localização, parking junto ao hotel… 😊
A Poça da Dona Beija fica a +/- 20’ a pé e de carro 5’. O jardim botânico Terra Nostra (preciso comprar os bilhetes mínimo um dia antes) fica no mesmo caminho a mais ou menos 10’ a pé.
As janelas não têm estores, mas os cortinados bastam para esconder a claridade da manhã.
Um pequeno supermercado à porta. Restaurantes, cafés e lojas nas proximidades.

The place was really clean and the stuff super nice and friendly
The walls were pretty thin and we could hear the other tourists talk, taking a shower, you name it. Also, there was pretty heavy traffic.

The breakfast was good! And the property went far beyond the 2 star hotel standards! If I come back to Furnas, this will be the place I’ll be staying ☺️

good location, free parking space by the road, clean, no lift to first floor but the owner kindly helped to carry my luggage up, I had to do it myself when checkout.
WiFi speed is below standard, very basic breakfast and toiletries, kind of in line with room rate…

Very friendly welcome and visiting with front desk people. The room was completely clean and very comfortable. Shower and bed both fine and comfortable.

The hotel was the perfect place to stay in Furnas! The rooms were comfortable and super clean. It‘s location was quite central why it was easy to reach many attractions from there. But one of the most Importan aspects was that all employees were extremely friendly and always ready to help us when we had a question.
So all in all I would totally recommend Vale Verde Hotel and would always stay there again if I come back to Saõ Miguel!

Location was good, with available free parking on the site. Staff was very helpful and gave all the answers to our questions. During our second breakfast staff remembered what coffee / tea we like. Our room had a very nice balcony with a view.
Bed could be more comfortable and breakfast could be richer (with at least something warm to eat).

Kind staff, super clean hotel (rooms, common spaces...) so thumbs up to the cleaning staff, breakfast fantastic, great location in the center (however calm and with parking possibilities).

The blankets dont have covers, sheets are used instead. Tv remote did not work.

Hotel location is excelent. Big free parking space is across the street, many restaurants.....
Rooms are very close to main road so there is a lot of road noise.
