-accueil souriante et informatif. -jolie chambre avec balcon et vue sur le très beau étang. - le restaurant est très bien. On a mangé un menu et tout était bon. Service agréable et au petits soins. - petit déjeuner dans une salle romantique. Plusieurs choix de pain, de boissons, de confiture, jambon, charcuterie et fromage etc.

L'emplacement est très intéressant, nous ne sommes pas dans Périgueux même, mais le centre est accessible en 10 mn. Le cadre est assez exceptionnel avec un étang boisé et une belle petite promenade autour, riche en faune et flore. L'hotel pourrait avoir un rafraichissement en termes d'équipements au niveau des chambres, entre autres les sanitaires et salle de bains. Le personnel est tout à fait admirable de pouvoir tenir un tel établissement (gentillesse, bienveillance). Le carte du repas du soir est tout à fait digne d'une région comme le Périgord. Belle découverte.

Location of the hotel on the edge of the lake is lovely Tranquility of the location and ability to have a great night's sleep Friendliness and politeness of the staff. Our lakeside terrace room. Nice breakfast and evening meals. Dog friendly.

There is very little we did not like. The bathrooms and toilets and sinks and communal areas definitely need upgrading. I am sure the owner knows this but maybe COVID deeailed these investment plans ? We would stay here again but if in two to three years the sanitary fittings have not been upgraded then that would be the last trip because if the hotel is open all year for marriages and tourists it must be making sufficient money to reinvest ?

Everything. Good accommodation. Super food; dinner very cheap and of great quality.

The location, the setting and a comfortable room.

The location was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was closed when we visited but breakfast was very nice.

The room was good and the setting very nice with a huge lake. There was a little road noise, but nothing much to worry about. We enjoyed our meal but thought it a bit pricy. The lower cost options were not appealing.

Some of the staff were young, not well dressed and rather inexperienced.
