Hotel novo, bem localizado, quartos limpos e equipados e ótima equipe de funcionários.

Uns hat alles im ganzen sehr gut gefallen, obwohl das Hotel noch im Renovierung Zustand war, aber hat man nichts davon gemerkt, war das Hotel im top Zustand, vom möbel bis personal einfach wow 👍, Sehr tolle Mitarbeiter vorallem Emre und Rashit die waren sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich, egal ab welche Uhrzeit die waren für alle fragen offen und hilfsbereit top Service Jungs👍 wir waren als Familie sehr zufrieden 😀, Istanbul ist einer unserer Lieblings Stadt und besuchen immer wieder verschiedene Hotels, aber Rashit und Emre haben als Personal super Leistung geleistet tolle Menschen danke danke

Very friendly staff and very clean hotel, the location is amazing and close to all souqs in istanbul. The staff are very nice and helpful and would definitely recommend it to who ever wants to stay in Istanbul.

Se dovessi definire il nuovo "Golden Horn Bosphorus hotel" in una sola parola - sarebbe MAESTOSO!😍 Negli ultimi 5 anni ho visitato Istanbul numerose volte, la mia distinzione preferita e il loro vecchio albergo "Golden Horn Istanbul" era il mio albergo preferito: la sua ottima posizione (vicino a tutte le destinazioni turistiche preferite), l'architettura interiore che mi affascinava moltissimo, adoravo gli ornamenti dorati sui muri e soffitti. Quando ho saputo che l'albergo sarebbe stato completamente rinnovato, confesso che ero rimasta male, pensavo che il nuovo albergo non avrebbe avuto lo stesso fascino come quello precedente... Potrei dire, con enorme piacere, che mi sono ricreduta! Sono rimasta profondamente colpita dal nuovo albergo! Guardandolo dalla strada, sono rimasta impressionata, al posto del mio vecchio hotel ora c'è uno Splendido Maestoso Albergo, mi piace molto l'architettura esterna, bellissimi archi e collone! Ingresso e lobby decorati con bellissimi fiori in tinte che io amo, tutto molto luminoso! Ascensore nuovo e grande, soltanto che io adoro fare le scale😊 che sorpresa le scale si illuminano mentre sali... La mia Stanza semplicemente STUPENDA, molto grande, molto luminosa con finestre enormi. Letto comodissimo, c'è persino la vasca nella stanza, da quale si potrebbe guardare il panorama verso il Corno D'Oro e il Bosforo! Io adoro questa vista e amo ascoltare i rumori della città, i gabbiani in volo, i battelli che passano... Il Bagno è molto spazioso e arredato graziosamente! Tutto l'albergo molto pulito, confortevole, modernizzato! Lo Staff come sempre molto gentile e disponibile! Sì, il vecchio albergo non c'è più😊 però la professionalità delle persone che lo gestiscono è sempre lo stessa, la vista panoramica è sempre quella che io amo e il Plus del nuovo albergo è la luminosità e la spaziosità di ogni ambiente, i lampadari graziosi e le composizioni floreali!

How the wifi went in and out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, great location as it was very close to marmary and tram, many tourist spots like Galata bridge and Topkapi palace were a short walk away. We also got Bosphorous view room which was a huge plus.

Everything was good. Nothing in particular we did not like.

Room quiet small in size

great location, walking distance to most of the main places to visit. lots of shops and restaurants nearby. handy to public transport too. Staff were helpful especially the evening staff as I left for the airport

breakfast was just ok, room wasn’t fancy but clean and tidy, but had a view over the rooftop of the station to the Bosporus.

The location is amazing. Super close to train station and all the main sights (Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, etc.)

Shower was kind of dirty with what appeared like mold on the shower door. Shower head holder was falling off the wall, window could not be properly closed, stuff like that. Hallway reeked like cigarettes despite all the No Smoking signs.
