A nice and cozy hotel with good service. The rooms are nice and clean. Bathroom was equipped with very good shower. Nice pool area with good service and friendly and helpful waiters. Breakfast at the hotel was really good. Good selection and good quality of the buffet. The beach with all kinds of entertainment, food and drink options is right in front of the hotel.

Basically everything at the hotel met the expectations. They did get lost in some translations (hotel rules and instructions could use a good proof reading done by a professional) :-)

we arrived few minutes to 10 and asked if breakfast was available and Hotel arranged more food for our family. left early next morning and hotel disnt charge us extra as we dis”nt needed breakfast the 2nd morning. really great place

Very good location. Near to the beach. Delicious buffet breakfast and dinner. Nice outdoor swimming pool.

The equipment is old, breakfast nothing special. Same every day. We travel with 5 months baby, when booking the room we choose an extra bed for baby, in the end ot was not provided, and we should pay additional 8€ per night if we wanted it. (Booking.com said it is free of charge). The best part of it all, however, was checking out of the hotel. We were vacationing with my mom who had her own room. Mom lost consciousness during her stay and fell in the room, hitting herself in the head, being taken away by ambulance and sewn up in the hospital. The staff immediately hired cleaners to clean the room. Of course, the room was very bloody as she lost a lot of blood! She was alone in the room and locked, so we don’t even know how long she was unconscious. Well all nice and right, staff very friendly, wondering how it is etc. But in the end when leaving the hotel, we had to pay an additional € 500 for the destruction of curtains, carpet, bedding, ... because it was not possible to wash the blood. I really don’t know what kind of dry cleaners they have but I’m sure they were able to wash everything. Besides, it was an accident, and even if the equipment couldn’t be cleaned, I think understanding could beat the money. Anyway the hotel is definitely not worth the price you pay! I am really sorry for such an end to our vacation.

Quite poor breakfast and coffee…I think that 4 stars hotel should offer natural coffee. But this was terrible. We went to nearby restaurant for morning coffee.

The food is excelent and a good value. Rooms are tight as in all of Europe but clean and in good shape. The beaches are excellent.

Surprisingly good breakfast, with great choice and fresh fruits. Dinner was awesome. Staff were super kind. Location is good as it is around 50 meters away from the beach.

People were smoking at a table that was too close to the breakfast area. The hotel uses the same car entrance as the neighbouring hotel. But at the entrance there is no sign for Miramare, just for Olympia.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and very informative. It was really lovely to to stay there.

There were no hotel towels especially for the swimming pool. I had to use my own.
