Everything was amazing staff were very friendly, entertainers were amazing super friendly we loved them. Food was delicious

even when I earned a pass for the better restaurants where a membership was required - the food was very bad.

the beach was wonderful! housekeeping was great and the fruit was amazing!
Beach lounge chairs not very comfortable and there is no side table to put your drink on, therefore every time you picked up your drink, you got sand on yourself. Restaurant staff stood around a lot looking at their phones, almost every morning I had to get up and get my own coffee and sometimes silverware. I’ve stayed here before when it was just a Marival and everything was wonderful, now that it is emotions it just seems like they’re cutting corners. I always look forward to the breakfast with people making fresh food now the only thing that they make for you are eggs otherwise everything else is premade.

Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The location was perfect.
My husband was bed bound after a couple days and they wouldn't let me take any food to him. We had to order from the room service.

The hotel and beach are very nice
The service and the lies of their personal at the entrance. Specially from someone named Zeida.

Staff was always cheerful and positive. All areas were clean and well taken care of. Great service, the a la carte restaurants were all excellent!
I was surprised that some could not get into the a la carte restaurants, seeing that many of them were only partly full.

Friendly staff, delicious food, lots of fun activities. We had a wonderful time. Sun, beach, concerts, it was a week of paradise.

Buffet & drinks
Check-in at arrival was poor. They gave me the wrong room keys twice. Had to do the long walk back to reception to correct it.

brunch buffet was good
I was left extremely disappointed as I booked this at the time because a free round of golf was advertised. upon arrival they told us they don’t do this anymore and I would have to pay for the golf, in my mind, I’d already paid for it when I booked considering it was a booking inclusion. I felt scammed and the concierge/tour guy Fidel didn’t seem to care at all. no one fixed this after I filed a complaint.

The resort was really nice. The staff were very kind, I liked being able to swim in the pool and also walk right to the beach. The food was decent.
We were barely able to get one restaurant reservation, they said the reservations open up on Sunday mornings for the week. We got there on a Friday and everything was booked through our stay. I did end up getting a Sunday evening reservation at the Mexican restaurant and it was very good, but was disappointed to not have more restaurant options. Otherwise excellent stay!

The staff was incredibly nice and constantly caring about the guests, specially Jesús, Ricardo, Dany, Michelle, Luis, David, Charly and Jazmín. They really
made our stay fun and enjoyable. Definitely we wish to go back and see all of them.
The hotel is in a clean and stunning beach, where every day is shiny. The water is great for playing.
The buffet could improve its variety. It was hard to reserve at the speciality restaurants.

Breakfast was very good especially at the Pergola. All of the AL cart restaurants were very good.
Over all the service was very good and the people were amazing, however the odd time there seems to be a little inconsistency.

Some staff were very friendly and others not so much.

Not a huge resort so easy to get around. Buffet food was fine.. lot's of options.
We only stayed 2 nights, so couldn't get into any of the specialty restaurants. The beds were comfortable, but the glass door to the toilet never closed tight..

The staff were incredible and the food was excellent. There was quite a lot of variety each day with themed evenings in the main buffet.
There was always something going on. The lounge had bad live music but the rest of the live music and entertainment was excellent.
The beds were rock hard and not comfortable. The double beds are much smaller than a normal double and don’t fit two adults comfortably.
We would have also liked if there were more snack places that were open later that overlapped with the dinner places. However, we also understand that the hotel was facing a hiring shortage and they were quite short staffed. They did an incredible job with the resources they had.
We wished that there was free WiFi.
Lastly, we really disliked being bombarded with time share/sales staff during check-in and orientation.

Good for kids.
The room was very basic, dated, bathroom needed a reno.
We couldn't charge to our room card almost anywhere ofr extras.
Staff was slow even when the hotel was at half capacity. Hours of bars and restaurants being open was not conducive to access some of the times we wanted, so we only got 2 booked restaurant times. No bar at the adult pool, barely any servers at the swim up bar in the 2nd big pool.

We did not like the location of our room. we were above some working area, and the noise was constant, like some operating machine was on all the time.

We try to visit at least once a month! We love it there! Comfy beds, nice staff, good food and drinks
