too much deposit and two situation you will make deposit, 85 Euro for the booking and 150 euro for guarantee of nothing lost inside the hotel property, the 85 Euro was reverse and until now I dont receive the refund for my 150 euro deposit, thats so big on my part as I am coming from a poor country... they promise within 3 to 5 days but till now no refund, i think they take it and honestly i swear all the property inside the room are intact

the apartment was clean and with an equipped kitchen. the area felt safe and it’s quite easy to find a parking (there’s also the hotel private parking but needs to be booked in advance)

our apartment was on the basement floor so the bed was really facing the street with people walking. nevertheless, the street was quiet at night. the staff is kind but doesn’t speak a lot of English

Very comfy beds, felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Near highway, so perfect for long distance travelers, you won't need to search long to find it and parking is in house.

Not enough outlets

The place is good in order to visit the city as it is near the city centre

The room was really nice and also has a small kitchen inside the suit.

however, the location is a little bit too far away from the city so you have to take the bus to go to the tourist attractions.

Great location right by the metro, easy walk into the central area of Marseille. Very spacious new and clean room with kitchen and big bathroom! Helpful staff++.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacy. It was quiet. We liked the minimalistic design of the place. The hotel is located in a perfect place: close to the metro and to the Orange Velodrome (if you come to the city for the game), from there it was easy to reach any part of the city. The staff was friendly and we received our deposit soon after checking out (1 hour after), so there were no problems with it. Overall we loved the place and we would definitely come back.

Unhappy, the Wifi was not working the whole two days we were there, and we specifically booked a place where there was wifi so that we could make phone calls and do a bit of online work!! Secondly when we checked in, the receptionist could not take a pre-approval on my credit card, the same card we used to pay, even though the payment went through! Room safe didn't lock so had to get a key (flat battery??) Location OK'ish and parking fine although receptionist told us where to go to park, before we checked in, but we needed to check-in in order to get a code to open the car park gate !!!!! Not a great stay.

Nothing wrong with the hotel and worth staying there.

Google maps had problems routing us to the property.

Location of the Apart hotel was very convenient. Breakfast was very good; you get enough of everything. Bed quality was good. Staff members were very kind and responsive.

Small fixes needed in the room like shower door not closing completely. Rooms would benefit from more detailed cleaning (marks/dirty spots on walls, doors, ceiling).

The room is confortable and location is great...

there was a renovation in the building that made some noise when I needed to rest until a little later
