Location was very good to both beaches and the city. The room was large with a large bed. Kettle and fridge. Had a nice terrace. The host was very adapting let me check in early and good at communicating. It was very good value for the money. We also could park at site. We rented bikes and could leave them there.
For the price it was great.

I was given a room I did not book, needless to say, it was a downgrade. Once I made an objection, it was handled very unprofessional.

Kind and friendly owners, great location, clean new room…
Due to personal circumstances of the owners, there was no breakfast which was a little inconvenient. Also the room was a bit cold…otherwise good.

We loved our stay. The bedroom was really well furnished with a comfortable bed. The room and the bathroom was spotless, however, the icing on the cake was our terrace outside that got sun all day. Andrea was also really helpful and kept in touch with us throughout our staying.

We had a lovely stay here, and the hosts were very welcoming. We also felt that the location was quite handy to explore the island, as we were close to the centre of Mali Lošinj, and at walking distances from the beaches around Čikat and Veli Lošinj.

We had two different rooms during our stay (due to changing booking at last minute) which were both unique, large and clean. One had a small balcony with views of the ocean and town and the other had a shady, large terrace surrounded by plants. Powerful shower! The rooms were exceptionally clean, with comfortable memory foam king sized beds. Air con worked amazingly. The room had everything we needed including storage, a fridge, kettle, hair dryer etc. Friendly and attentive staff who speak excellent English, Italian, German and Croatian and gave us local information. The property is close to a bakery and two very nice restaurants behind the bakery (5 minutes walk). Around 10-15 minutes walk to the town centre but the hill is steep. We would recommend the view point restaurant during your stay - magical place! Also walk to Veli Losinj, bike around Cikat and go on a boat tour.
The breakfast was too expensive for us (€16) but did look amazing. There were lots of mosquitos in the downstairs room/balcony especially when the window was left open so bring repellent.

We stayed for two nights in Mali Lošinj and enjoyed our accommodation. We had a room with huge terrace (larger than the room itself), almost like a living room. It was all very nicely furnished, IKEA style. With comfy chairs and sunbed outside and a large bed in our room. It was very convenient to have a small refrigerator and a kettle.
The location is not far from the centre, it took us some 5-7 minutes downhill and uphill. To reach nearby beaches we used a car, it is couple of minutes drive.
We did not have breakfast, but the room that served breakfast looked very inviting. Maybe next time...
There are only two downsides. The bathroom is very small and there is little space for suitcases and no real wardrobe. But for couple of days stay, this was not a big issue.

I often need to spend the night in Mali Losinj as I travel to the islands and sometimes I need to spend the night in Mali Losinj to catch the ferry. i think i finally found the right place for that. Comfy, quiet and perfectly located rooms!

The location was great, and the owners are super friendly and helpful. Andrea always has a big smile on her face and makes you feel welcomed. The room was spacious and very clean - highly recommended!

Apart from clean cozy room, comfortable bed, nice staff and wonderfull breakfasts, the owner was extremly helpful and basically saved us in problematic situation. The story is following: Catamaran we booked and paid weeks in advance didn't come and the company Losinija didnt bother to let us know any way. Andrea, the owner told us while we're still on the beach (the ship was supposed to depart at 19:00), knowing nothing about the fact we don't have any way to get of the island. Than she checked the options for us (schedules, prices, etc.). She even offered to buy the bus tickets for us! At the end, when we had no option but to stay one more night, she gave us a little discount. Needs to be said thah the whole situation wasn't her problem at all (we already checked out). Such a generosity and helpfulness - I'd never expected that. The comunication from her side was so great and proactive. I can sincerely recomend this accomodation to everyone.
