Reception, solo il ragazzo è stato gentile. Ascensore non funzionante, terrazzo non ventilato impossibile mangiare a pranzo, cambio biancheria 1 volta a settimana a cura dell'ospite, carta igienica centellinata, wifi inesistente

Struttura nuova e ben curata. Pulita e molto accogliente. Colazione internazionale e ben fornita. La stanza con la cucina separata dalla camera, permette di poter cucinare qualcosa di personale senza dover andare ogni giorno al ristorante. Tutto ottimo.

Il ronzio del sistema di climatizzazione che si sente anche se spento.

The hotel is well maintained. The personnel was helpful. The rooms were clean at arrival. Good part about the breakfast is that they offer a few gluten-free and lactose-free options.

The breakfast is rather poor on non-sweet options: only boiled eggs, one salami, one ham and 2 cheese - and no daily change. There are no warm options. On the sweet options this was slightly better but still limited. After the 3rd day it was hard to find something to eat. The place is called "Hotel" but room service is not included. For the entire duration of the stay there were no replacement towels, no room cleaning and so on (you even had to ask for re-fill on the toilet paper). The apartments on booking.com was described as "two-bedroom apartment" but in reality this is a "two-room" / "one-bedroom apartment". The hotel has no "two-bedroom apartments" at all. I found this out after a long discussion with the personnel at the reception. This can be also checked on their website. This was a bit frustrating.

Room was very big and comfortable. It also had a nice kitchennette, which allows to prepare food.

Most of the crew didn't speak English, breakfast was very boring (no fresh products, except cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls, but can you eat it again and again every morning...?), no change of towels (we asked why so the desk clerk said "it's not a hotel, it's a residence")

Great area! The staff was great as well. AC worked well in the heat wave at the time. The outside kitchen was also nice, but a bit too warm in the weather. Not a lot of tourists in the area. Seceral good restaurants in the area as well

No wifi in the room and cell reception in the area was quite limited. We were asked to clean the kitchen supplies ourselves, but we were not given any equipment to do so. Had to buy that at the store, which was a bit strange.
