Une odeur forte sans la chambre

Proximiter immediate de la gare (- 100m) parking souterrain , Ont m'a proposer 1/2 hrs jacuzzi (gratuit), tres bon acceuil a l'arriver.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. The residence location near the train station was perfect to stay one night between my flight and the train next day.

I've chose the option of the breakfast, and for its price it was not as good as I expected... The café nearby proposed a better breakfast for a cheaper price. Also I didn't like that there was a 150€ deposit blocked from my credit card. The return of this about was done as promised, but luckily I had enough on my card (I didn't know about this in advance which upset me the most)

L’accueil et le personnel

La propreté de la chambre : il y avait de la poussière sur la table de nuit. Les prises électriques sont trop éloigné du lit. Il n’y a pas assez de prise électrique à côté du bureau. Les chauffages électriques sont de très mauvaise qualité.

design was great, but the room itself showed its age, Location is great as well The media system that is coming with integrated BT to play your music was awesome as well

The bathroom had it's fair share of use damage (plastic covers falling off shower head for example) Breakfast was not at all worth for a 4-star hotel, i've seen less expensive hotels with far better breakfast.

Clean comfortable and not noisy Even though it is on a busy Boulevard opposite the train station. The bed was especially comfortable and we very much appreciated the coffee, making facilities, as well as the refrigerator.It is also possible at this hotel to use the small kitchen facilities. We did not use them but they certainly were in the room and locked behind a pulldown blind. Having stayed there before it was our first choice.

The staff were excellent. I needed help shipping my bag to Spain and the staff went well above and beyond to help me. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Quiet and comfortable.

It took 3 tries to get a key card that opened the front door and the room.

The room was sufficient and well maintained. Its very close to Toulouse Matabiau (main train station)

The kitchen area was closed as we had requested only a double room and not Apartment - which is fine. But due to that, we could not drink water from the tap and had to get a bottle separately. This was quite strange and inconvenient

Very clean modern hotel. Wonderful staff that were very helpful and polite.

Room was nice and was clean. It was close to the station and easily accessible.

The €150 security deposit that was required. I understand the need for a deposit but that amount of money is frankly outrageous and was not advertised prior to arrival. Furthermore, for a property that charged us around €75 per night, to make us have to take our own rubbish it was a bit pathetic. The rooms also provided us with a coffee machine and kettle, but no tea and coffee to actually make drinks with which didn’t make sense.

Good location, quite central.

The staff showed really no enthusiasm and motivation to correct d hoc a mistake on my bill for the stay at the hotel. Errors happens, no issue... but friendly customer service to correct the error to not feel as a burden would be appreciated. Had to insist and intervene to management to get a correction on the bill before leaving the hotel....

Close to the Train Station, but about a 15min walk to the city centre As it was an Appart-hotel, a deposit was required at check-in which was not returned until at least five days after check out

Functional, spacious, comfortable

Still haven’t returned my security deposit after a week and numerous reminders/requests. I know this is something many guests have complained about so I was aware of the issue. But it’s still extremely frustrating. By way of comparison, I paid a security deposit for my car hire at about the same time (I actually returned my car AFTER I checked out of the hotel - so would have expected to receive the car hire deposit after the hotel deposit). I received the returned car hire deposit back 5 days ago. I am still waiting for the hotel to return my deposit. This is completely unacceptable. And it’s such a shame as it puts a dampener on what otherwise a good experience. The hire really needs to sort this process out
