A very spacy house with a lot of opportunities. A big party room has a couple of Sofa's, a billiard, an organ, a dart, etc. A big garden offers a plenty of space for family's and/or children's activities, including but not limited to a trampoline, a set of swings, etc... The dining room was big enough for us, 25 people... The house is located in a very calm but beautiful area. Other than that, during our one week stay, we visited to Cochem, Koblenz and Trier, the renowned tourist areas... All within 1-1,5 hr drive. No issues for parking space. We could park our 6 cars without any difficulty every time. Last.but not least, the very kind landlady would make your travel more comfortable.

Couple of beds squeak, noticeable floor noise, a shower head(s) may need to be replaced.(i.e. 1st floor)
