The villas are stylish, beautiful and clean. The photos don't do it justice! The staff are so helpful and kind. We had a car but you could easily get away without one. There are lots of restaurants walking distance and a great mini mart which is so well stocked. Beautiful beaches and rocks to jump of into the sea all walking distance. We had an amazing holiday and would highly recommend it.

Air con brilliant. Very quaint and enough room for us. 2nd bathroom would of helped but we managed. Private veranda and small garden area fantastic. Only there 5 nights so comfortable didn’t go anywhere for 2 days. Pool was lovely and not overcrowded
Nothing to do with the property but mosquitoes and wood lice an issue

We really enjoyed the stay at the Binibeca villas, the rooms very tidy, kitchen had everything you needed in terms or crockery, plates and pots and pans. The outside patio had new dining table.
Only 1 bathroom for 6 of us, the villa supposedly can fit 8 people so cant imagine how all 8 can make the use of the bathroom. None of the rooms have mirrors, the only place there are mirrors is the bathroom or downstairs by the entrance and that one was small.

We love this place and the beach villas. They are kept clean, the pool is clean and the view from the location is wonderful. We have visited before and would do so again.
For us it was perfect. I can’t write more sentences because there was nothing that we were bothered about.

The location was lovely, Menorca is a beautiful place.
The management was appalling, the two grumpiest ladies you could meet run this lovely little place - clearly in the wrong job and generally annoyed you were even there. There was no welcome, no check in or out information, when the toilet kept refilling and the rusted lock on the door got stuck it was our fault. These aren’t fabulous apartments, they are so tired, but have so much potential!! We went for a short break - just me, my mum and my two little ones (one 5 years and one 3 months) for some quality time, and we loved the location. The beach and the pool were just what we needed. The hostility was a negative we didn’t need, it’s not what you go away for really - it was unnecessary. They ignored all correspondence to ask how we check in and so we arrived at night with two small
people with a lovely taxi driver trying to find the reception we didn’t have.

location is great, 4 minute walk to Sandy Binibeca beach and 6-7 minute walk to town centre. View is stunning, looking out onto cliffs and the sea. Very picturesque and relaxing.

Perfect location! Really lovely villa with beautiful views. Very clean, cosy traditional style Spanish villas. As it was 30+ degrees whilst we were there the air conditioning was well needed. The gardens were well looked after. We will definitely be back x
The fridge in the kitchen was very old and probably needs replacing.

Good value for money. Peaceful location. Lovely pool- kept very clean and tidy. Amazing air conditioning in every room!
Only 1 bathroom for 8 people, an extra toilet would have been excellent. No English speaking staff. No staff at reception on arrival and check out. No oven available.

We had a wonderful week away with the children. We were in villa no. 16 which had amazing sea and pool views! Apart from an oven it had everything you could need. It wasn’t a problem at all though because we purchased a ready cooked chicken from the supermarket and that was the only thing we would have needed an oven for.
The villa was very spacious and very clean. Staff were lovely and friendly as were the other guests.
Binibeca beach is a ten min walk away. Gorgeous beach with a fantastic little beach bar on the front. When we went it was Halloween and all the staff were dressed up and they had live music. This was brilliant considering it was out of season.
There is a supermarket very close and right opposite the villas there is a little park which our 5 year old loved. It only rained for one day. Most days the temp was 21-24 so we were able to lie on sun loungers and the kids went in the outdoor pool. The pool was too cold for me!
I would definitely come here again!

We loved the size of the house, the only downside is that the four bedroom villa only has one bathroom. Otherwise a great place!
