excellent breakfast. very nice and spacious rooms with excellent Airco and good Wi-fi.

toilet facilities at the pool are not the same level as the rest of the buildings, so an update is needed.

The family & staff were very friendly & welcoming. Our room was on the ground floor, was quite spacious & had a peaceful outside sitting area. Breakfast was a selection of cereals, fruit, breads, pastries, cold meats, cheese etc - something for everyone. Everywhere was kept spotlessly clean.

It was a shame the outside bar next to the pool wasn't in use, but of course that would need extra staff to man it.

Location good. room & bathroom were both a reasonable in size Inc the balcony. Good air conditioning

The shower head pressure was very weak making it difficult wash. Had to use the hand shower. The TV was not visible from the main bedroom, hence wasn’t used. The channels were also limited. The breakfast was limited and difficult to access when busy as the layout is tight and queuing for coffee etc is made difficult.

Maybe the swimming pool can be bigger one, approximately 25 meter to be suitable for swimming

Pool area was lovely and not too packed. Beds were comfy and air conditioning worked well. Staff were always smiling and happy to help. Was great value for money.

All was great however the location was a bit out of the town along a small local road with no paths. Walk wasn’t too long though and as it was a bit out it was quite peaceful.

Walking distance to main faliraki beach, but still out of the way. Really friendly staff who were super flexible about our stay, plus a beautiful pool. Couldn’t believe the price of the room for the facilities!

The hotel is located a little away from the noise of Faliraki village, but at the same time close to the beach, restaurants and all the main locations. The place is quiet and cozy with its own pool, friendly hosts who are happy to help with any questions, advice on exciting travel destinations and even prepare vegetarian meals. Very kind, friendly and open people, glad to meet them, I can say that I felt at home in this hotel

We spent amazing time in this hotel! Everything was clean, well maintained and very nice. Hotel is located in perfect position, quiet and in the middle of olive orchards, just a few minutes by walk from the Faliraki Center. Amazing place to spent your holidays without crowds of tourists and screaming children.Hotel also got a Pool and nicengarden and terrace, where you can have your drink or coffee. Very nice and helpful staff! Thanks for unforgettable stay. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για πάντα!

Nothing, everything was perfect

Everything was clean. They cleaned the room everyday. They got us fresh towels everyday. The personal was also very nice. They helped us with everything and were super friendly. we’ve been there for 8 days and enjoyed everyday of it. I absolutely recommend it!!

There is nothing we didn’t like

Our stay in this residence has been fantastic at all, everything was perfect: rooms are welcoming and clean (the cleaning service is done everyday even if it’s written it is foreseen 3 times a week), the position is really good because it is surrounded by the green and during the night the only noise is due to cicadas; in fact it is located 10 minutes by walking from the centre of Faliraki that is really chaotic in the night. The breakfast is rich and well served; you can find everything you want from the european kind to the american one: greek yogurt, fruit salad, milk, pancakes or waffles, different biscuits, brioches both sweet and savory, eggs, bacon, peanut butter, jams and so on. But the most important thing you’ll find for sure there is the welcome from all the staff: everyone of them hosts all customers with a giant smile and is always at your disposal in order to feel you fine. We had a really comfortable stay at most, nothing was absolutely wrong with us. I suggest as much as I can this fantastic place both for couples and families. PS: if someday you don’t want to go the sea there’s a relaxing swimming pool where you can appreciate the calm of your journey in Rhodes.

Absolutely NOTHING

-friendly staff -the place is very clean -rooms/towels were cleaned every day -it’s quiet and in 3 min by car you’re in the center

-breakfast was not COVID friendly. Guest didn’t wear masks and Hotel staff did not encourage people to do so -wifi and water pressure in the shower could be better

Room clean , staff excellent, pool area clean and quiet and the location was perfect 10 minute walk to centre of faliraki.

Advertised as an apartment but there were no cooking facilities so it was a hotel room more than anything, nonetheless was very nice. Single beds were a little uncomfortable,
