Sehr schönes Zimmer, hervorragendes Bett, Bad gut. Pool sehr schön. Guter Parkplatz mit Überdachung. Personal sehr hilfsbereit bei Ankunft und bei de Bedienung am Pool.
Restaurant ist nicht das Beste, Personal im Restaurant und an der Bar nicht sehr entgegenkommend. Massenabfertigung.

The setting of the rooms around the pool with the coconut trees and palms is beautiful. The pool is clean and refreshing in the heat and you can have drinks and snacks beside the pool.
We are digital nomads and the wifi was excellent for our needs, including uploading video.
The rooms are spacious with quality linens, comfortable beds and pillows. The amenities provided are very good. The breakfast has a good range of food. It was all fresh. The hotel staff are lovely, always professional and happy.
The hot dishes at breakfast aren't really warm, they could be kept warmer.

the crew was amazing especially yeshira and the reception crew , the rooms and facilities was amazing and the service was great!!!!

we always stay here, actually we booked 2 rooms and it seems the second reservation did not go through, as we changed the credit card on file o lu for one reservation and lost the other one. so we had to get there and pay a full price room as they mentioned they did not have any more available and they could “exceptionally” open one for us but for double the price - we did not like this at all- despite we stay here all the time, for work and personal stuff.
either way, besides that we were treated like home as always, including our child’s service dog, they already know him in the hotel pretty well. he likes being spoiled around there so we don’t mind paying the extra fee for him. the pool bar should be open earlier though!
we got charged a surprisingly extra full price S/.700 about $200 for the extra room we required.
