Property was as advertised. Accommodated our large family with 2 infants easily. Easy communication with property manager. Location was very convenient to Disney parks, however a fair amount of traffic congestion in the neighbourhood that made a 10 min Disney trip into a 30 min trip. Overall very pleased with our experience; highly recommend.

Pros: The property was great. We were literally, 10 minutes from Disney. The house was equipped with everything even for toddlers (high chair, railing for bed, plates, bowls, spoons and forks). The pool was heated. Cons: Only one roll is tissue in the bathrooms. Bring extra. Guests not registered for the property can’t get in. You’ll have to register them as you did yourself or pick them up from nearby. I met my cousin at Walmart which was 2 minutes up the road. Don’t go to Walmart. It’s a zoo. Worse than Disney. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 All in all, we enjoyed our stay and never had a bad experience booking through Vrbo.

Definitely Needed this time away with family and friends, and this house was amazing and had everything we could ask for!

All in all, a great stay. One exception would be the partying past 10PM, was annoying with small children. Left my info in house, be sure to keep your code handy (don't get locked out). Plenty of room, pool's were excellent .Floor plan worked out perfectly for multiple families. I highly recommend 👌

The location and amenities included with this house was great.There was a lot to do on the resort and was family friendly. The property could use some updates with appliances. Only the front burners worked on the stove top. Also, more cookware in the kitchen. There was limited pots and pans. Besides that, our stay was wonderful!

We stayed as 4 separate families in this unit. It was 4 mother daughter combos and we were in town for a cheer comp. The property was perfect for all the ages in our group. The resort pool was fabulous. The home was wonderful with pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space too!! Loved everything about it!!

Stayed for a week and had a very nice time. House layout worked perfectly for our group and had all the essentials in the kitchen that we wanted. Had a problem at checkin with two screens on patio being ripped by recent storm but working with Amanda the problem was fixed right away. Appreciate the assistance working with Amanda, who was very helpful. Others had noted that the pool alarm was annoying but it didn't really bother us, however, we were all adults. Great Villa, would stay again!

We rented this house to spend a family vacation with our two sons and their families. We had a wonderful time. The house was better than shown online and was perfect for our family of nine. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. They were both heated to perfection. The kids were in the pool all day from the time they got up until the time they went to bed. Amanda the owner was excellent to work with. She accommodated all of our requests. I will definitely rent this place again.

The location was great! The size of the property was great for our family of 9. We could of used more of the staples… tp, paper towels, coffee filters, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent. We are bbq’ers so a bbq would of been awesome. All in all it was a great property and Amanda does respond to inquiries.

We enjoyed our time here.. The pool alarm drove us crazy, but it was clean, had everything we needed, wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Our entire experience was amazing. The home is absolutely beautiful. Located in a perfect location in a safe gated community. Lots of room for large family. Everyone loved the heated pool, especially the kids. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. We loved how the house was laid out and the decor. Amanda was so great to work with on all the arrangements. We would definitely stay again.

great house for large family , wish weather had been warmer but all enjoyed . game room/garage not heated so hard to use for our stay . also parking is rough , only 3 vehicles and was told we needed special permission to park in over flow parking lot in neighborhood so the one night son in law was here , he had to park st the walmart . but home is very nice , had everything we needed . we had a question on the pool/spa and host was very quick to respond . overall we really enjoyed home and location

Great vacation

We stayed with the total 14 people including adults, teens, and children. The kids had a great time. We were a short 10-15 minutes from Disney parks, but a bit further from Universal (35 minutes). The pool alarm was the only real annoyance, and the temp control was a bit fickle (when you turned it on it would get very cold downstairs and barely cool off upstairs). Small prices to pay for a convenient and large home. It was clean and offered 3 full baths with a heated pool and jacuzzi. We enjoyed our time!

The home was nice and cozy my family really enjoyed it check in was smooth and the communication with the owner/manager was great she responded right away. My only suggestion would be to maybe add some sort of games to the garage area like board games or table hockey or add more wii games (every family can enjoy a wii game). Amazing property looking forward to a return soon

Promised 4 PM check-in, property was not ready until five with no communication. We were told to stand outside and wait until they finish cleaning. Poor check in process, no one there to observe the condition of the property prior to check in. No Internet for the first two days of our stay. Very close to Disney World. Accommodated a large family well. Very nice heated pool.

Great Location Roomy Clean inside and outside (pool) No Wifi ...The code didn't work and no reply to email

We wanted to give a rundown of one of the worst vacations ever. First off we were told that we would not have to worry, the house would be sanitized for COVID. Which we were both happy to hear, since it has been a great concern to all that were going on this trip. Here is what we found. Pool had food in it. There was a pill in the patio area. There was also food on the floor there as well. Chaise lounge chairs were rusting badly. So bad that one actually sat lower than the identical one next to it. Patio umbrella had green mold on it. We tested the pool for chlorine and the test strip said there was none. The pool guy came after we had been there already for four days. We had been in and out the jacuzzi, as well as the pool. There was poop on the shower curtain upstairs. A used q-tip on the floor next to the trash can. Hair on the wall of the shower. Toothpaste on mirror and sink. Master bedroom had plastic wrap on floor of shower stall. Also a dried contact on counter. Hair in bath tub. Many stains on carpet. One that looked like urine. The comforter had pink stains on it as well as the throw pillow which we didn’t see until the next morning. Dishes in cabinet were smudged and greasy. Spare comforter had a white stain on it which we didn’t see until after it was used. There was trash in the yard. Tall grass along pool wasn’t trimmed. Trash from previous tenants was still in trash bin. Many worn spots on furniture. Walls had patches, unpainted. We paid good money for this rental, and it certainly was not rental ready. We were given a list of how much towels, pillows etc... cost if they came up missing, consequently what we would be charged for each one if they came up missing. Does the same hold true for them? An obvious lack of cleaning which tells us that it certainly was not Covid cleaned, or even just cleaned. On the form that was there it said it was inspected. So it must not have been inspected at all, it was dated the same day we arrived. We did get a hold of the person who managed the house, they corrected as much as they could. They were very apologetic. We were told to leave the rental as we found it upon arrival, we couldn’t do that, so we left it better. I do hope that whoever reads this feels our dissatisfaction in our “vacation”. I would like to have a refund.

The house was exactly what we needed for our large family trip to Disney. Was great to be able to eat at the house and avoid Disney prices as well as to have a private pool and hot tub to jump into when we got back to the house at the end of the day.

First impressions are very important! The house was clean upon arrival and checkin was easy. There were necessary items in the home such as dishes, towels and other beach items for use. I did encounter a few issues like the hot tub NOT being heated. Also there where about 8 cable boxes dedicated to this home. Only two of them were working. I was told by the owner that this is something beyond her control. However if you take someone’s money for amenities you advertise in your property things like this shouldn’t be an issue. For some maybe not a big deal but I had older parents that wanted to just stay in for the duration of our trip. However they couldn’t watch tv because the tv boxes were not working. Also the same goes for the hot tub at night they like to sit out in the hut tub and relax and wasn’t able to do so because the hot water wasn’t turned on. I felt I did more communicating with the owner(who’s in another country) then I should’ve had to “on my vacation”. I was reimbursed for the items not properly working however I literally was on the phone everyday trying to get these issues resolved with little to no resolution until my last day of the trip. Very dissatisfied I will never get that time back. Having 14guest including children with two working TVs not ok! Nice home but someone should have came a day before our stay to ensure things were working properly before we arrived.

It was my daughters bday and the property and community was really nice I would love to book a second trip

I really enjoyed our stay. My only minor complaint is AC not working on day of checkout. We woke up to no AC. My guess is that it is on a timer. Otherwise all was great

No issues, great place and location.

I liked the house and the size was perfect. We didn't have any dish soap so we bought some. The house was clean and maintained well. The alarm for the pool was a bit of a pain but I understand the requirement and need for it. It seemed like the outside button to turn it off to go into the house didn't always work. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

The place was clean. The neighborhood was nice and calm.. You can't swim in the pool or sit on the outside at night because the light wasn't working 🙄. One of the hair dryer wasn't working 😒. Overall, we will return.

Property owner was very responsive and easy to work with. A few things were unexpected. It is advertised as sleeping 14-- but that is only if two people sleep in the futons on the garage--no A/C in there. The 2nd downstairs master bedroom does have an attached bathroom--but the bathroom has no door, just a curtain that doesn't really close. Shortly into our stay, we discovered broken glass near the hot tub. We cleaned it up and alerted the owner, who promptly responded that she would alert the propery management. On the last day of our stay, our 4 year old stepped on glass IN the hot tub and had to dig it out of her foot. Again, owner was very responsive. I returned a call to property management, and she didn't even remember why she had called me. Owner is great, but property management was unprofessional and ridiculous.
