Fantastic apartment in a great location

The photographs and map pin showed a view from the apartment of the water and the pin suggests it's on the waterfront, but this is not true. The view from the apartment is actually of a hedge and there is a large industrial building between it and the marina obscuring any glimpse of the water. The walk to the nearest beach which is tiny but pretty is 15 minutes. It's about ten minutes walk to the marina along busy roads. We felt that we had been duped especially as the listing had sea view selected on the facilities list. Do not be taken in by any images of views in the listing, they are for 'context' unfortunately we didn't find this out until we arrived and spoke to the owners on the phone. Things went from disappointing to miserable. One bedroom is internal and its window is onto the living room. There is a window in the living space which is single glazed and in the wall between this and the neighbouring apartment, covered with a curtain so there was no sound insulation as we found out at 4 am in the morning when we were woken by a raucous party of men next door singing loudly and playing music, they must have just come home from a club. This happened for two nights of our stay until we finally left. I would go on to list the other numerous faults, but that would be petty and we are usually easygoing about accommodation, but our dreams of sitting having dinner in the apartment enjoying the view were dashed and we had to spend as little time as possible here as looking at a hedge when you were expecting the sunset is too depressing. Incidentally, the windows are shown to open onto the 'terrace' actually a patch of grass and a path outside. They don't open and only the doorway works. The BBQ area is far away from the apartment in the carpark behind a shed.
