Room and bathroom were spotless, like a home from home.

We didn't have the breakfast with our booking 😕

Lovely room, more luxurious than I was expecting for the price! Hosts could not have been more helpful and even found storage for my muddy bike. The location is excellent with a Co-Op round the corner and plenty of places to eat.

The host was really friendly and helpful. We had booked 2 rooms (family of 3) and they were adjacent to each other. They were very comfortable and clean, with upgraded bathrooms. The breakfast was really satisfying. The location is very good, within walking distance to the marina and shops and pubs. There was parking for our car. Overall, a wonderful property with great value for money. We would be going back to see the puffins!

All was fine. The property was not crowded at all during our stay and we had 2 adjacent rooms. We felt as if we had booked the entire property on our own. Very helpful and friendly host too.

Great guest house with free parking close to the centre of Seashouses. The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was fab, such good value for money.

Stayed only for one night but will be returning, very close to the sea and restaurants. The lady running the guesthouse was so lovely and welcoming and the breakfast was lovely too. Couldn’t have asked for anything more
