We stayed here for five nights. On arrival, the parking was good and the welcome was warm. The room was lovely and spacious, with plenty of storage for our luggage. There was a comfortable bed and separate lounge/seating area, along with a balcony that had a table and chairs. It was great sitting out in the evening. The breakfast was excellent, with so much choice of hot and cold options. The location was about 10 to 15 minutes walk into town down a steep hill, but the exercise helped to work off the breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious room, friendly staff, kitchen facilities, fridge with individual compartments for each room. Good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit.

The big trees block the view and sun on the otherwise great balcony.

The reservation was made with an Amex card, no problem.... Until the moment we wanted to check out and pay with that same card and... Oh! So sorry... We seem to have a problem with Amex today. Can you please pay with another card? This happens too often with smaller hotels. 1000 apologies, but no Amex... Even if they do carry the logo. Marked the hotel down for this dumb excuse. A plain, reasoned refusal wouldn't have been this irritating.
