Staff was excellent, friendly, genuine and put up with my poor attempts at Spanish and many questions. Pool area and garden was lovely for chilling. Lake right across the street from main entrance. Parking in central courtyard and a guy came and wiped down the windows after we got it all dusty. We never had dinner, but both breakfasts were amazing. Salsa verde was spicy and wonderful. Again, staff -- from reception, to bar tenders to servers to cleaning staff -- was incredible.

Only negative was the bed, while very clean, had a pretty hard mattress. Fine for me, but my girlfriend had a little trouble sleeping.

Very polite staff and we'll located with all shops and restaurants in walking distance. Felt very safe and well secured parking in the centre of the hotel. Good value for money and delivers on what is promised: clean, basic hotel with good service.

Would not be my first choice of hotel for a weekend treat, but it does not claim to be - so no real negative. Just slightly in need of some love and TLC.

Breakfast was below average and the coffee was horrible. Do not eat at the restaurant. Everything else is pretty much what we expected.

Location was great and very friendly staff. Room was big enough and with AC. Hotel has a private parking lot. One of the staff members washed our car, we gave him a tip.

The TV was not well located. A tall person could hit his head if didn’t pay attention.
