Nice apartment, it has all the basics you need and it was pleasant to stay. Not too far from the city centre and the beach, about 8-10 minutes walking.

Only good thing in my opinion was the location

No air conditioning, beds were terrible and hosts kept leaving signs on our door to contact them regarding one thing or another

We loved our stay at this apartment. We had everything we needed , kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were really comfy and the kids loved the pool. They even cleaned the apartment and changed the towels during our stay. The location is great, it's very close to everything with walking distance to supermarkets and the beach. But be aware there is no aircon in the room

No aircon so it's really really hot in the night Loads of mosquitos. We go the sprays but it didn't help sadly and we were all beaten pretty bad especially the kids

Fantastic sized apartment, beautiful view of pool, lovely balcony, well appointed kitchen with all appliances needed for cooking, comfy beds, spotlessly clean. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, especially James junior. Lidl and Mercado supermarket very close and town walking distance. Pool was quiet and clean with a nice pool bar and just overall a really relaxing stay.

The only area for improvement here would be the addition of fans for the rooms as standard...no Aircon and 30 degree temps mean a good night's sleep is hard. The owners do rent you a fan for 3 euros a night but that doesn't really feel reasonable when the temps are so high.. We went to LIDL and bought a small fan for 15 euros and took it home in the suitcase for our 8 night stay. Mosquito are also an issue, especially when you have to keep balcony doors open as it's so hot but the owners give you mosquito killer for the room...just be prepared to take DEET and use mosquito coils at sunset onwards.

Very friendly and helpful family that runs the apartments. 5 min walk to the beach and shops.

The interior ist a bit old, and there is no air-conditioning. Fans are available for 3 € per day. As it was very hot we opened the balcony door to air the rooms at nighr, then of course we had a lot of mosquitoes at night.

The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. The kitchen was well equipped and featured a brand new stove. There was lots of storage space and the apartment was big for two people with a spacious balcony.

Room service came only twice per week instead of every other day, as it was claimed in the offer. This was especially annoying, because the diapers of our baby started to smell. Too many useless items clutter the space everywhere, which meant that many things were not cleaned properly. In general, the place looked a bit worn down.

The location and apartments were great, clean quiet comfortable, great hosts who run a good holiday location really well. Loved it and would go back

Aircon would be the only improvement I could suggest, everything else perfect.

The hosts were lovely people, friendly and helpful. The pool was very clean with plenty of sun beds. Very quiet at night close to main areas of Paguera

Not a problem for us but Paguera is very steep 10-15 mins walk from beach has a steep bit

The host Jimmy was so nice from the start. Any questions he was happy to answer. Everybody that stayed there was really nice too. The building itself was very nice too. There was no unexpected surprises which is what you normally get. Everything was accurately described and at a very very reasonable price. Also Jimmy cooks the BEST cheeseburger a man will ever need.

Upon booking the apartment, we had absolutely no knowledge that it was a family apartment orientated place before we got there. So i believe it is a good idea to make this clear on the advertisement so he will attract the right customers he wants to cater for.
