The location was the best, because it's right on the beach.

There were many, many things I did not like: most of the staff were unfriendly and rarely smiled or seemed accommodating. The buffet was poorly stocked, and the juice was never refilled; a lot of the tables were left dirty for too long, and the staff were extremely slow in cleaning up. In my room, after it had been cleaned up, I had to ask for the coffee to restocked and I even had to ask to have the cups cleaned! The next day the cups were cleaned, but the coffee wasn't restocked, even after I had been assured that it would be. All in all, I was sorely disappointed. It was way overpriced and I would not recommend this hotel.

I stayed in a seaview room with a balcony and loved my stay. The hotel has this “old high style”: little details match, no corners have been cut, the staff communicates in a kind and professional way. Everything is clean, the bed is comfy, there’s a chaise longue to sit and read a book. Not everyone speaks English but it’s always possible to find someone who does.

The swimming pool was small and disappointing. Seemed like was being used for kids’ swimming lessons (I visited at around 6pm).

Location was perfect with a view, got kindly upgrade from city view to sea view room was clean and in general service was kind.

Breakfast buffet was not filled up already 25 min before the end of the breakfast time. Was hard to get them to understand that I have the right to have full service for buffet. When I got it done after 20min they started working like crazy around me. So, not a nice breakfast experience. No chairs or table on the otherwise nice balcony
