Die lage war für mich perfekt, da direkt gegenüber der Rennstrecke

Trotz den Temperaturen in der Nacht von ca. 5 Grad lief die Heizung jeweils nur von 18:00 - 20:00 und von 06:00 bis 08:00 Uhr. Der Heizkörper befindet sich im Bad. Die beiden Klimageräte (haben Winter- und Sommerbetrieb) sind nie gelaufen.

100m walk to Mugello circuit and spacious rooms. The hosts are very hospitable but speak little English which (for me) was a challenge as I don't speak any Italian. But we got by! Plenty of parking space, clean property and accommodation.

It is ancient building , but renovated. Still keeping the original spirit of the building. There cannot be better location for visiting Mugello Circuit.

The breakfast was poor.

Comfortable accommodation, friendly hosts, dog friendly, 5 minute walk from entrance to Mugello racetrack, can see the track from the garden (motorsport fans dream location!) bbq/restaurant in evening serving Fiorentina steaks. Can not recommend this place highly enough!

The location is at a perfect walking distance to the Mugello racetrack. Run by a couple which are very nice. The rooms have since now as well air con which helps to find a nice temperature at night in the heat of Tuscany during summer. The rooms are possibly a bit older but a nice size and absolutely clean. And you get an amazing coffee there.

The house is directly at the road and close to a train track. So there is some noise (especially if one has the window open). The breakfast options are not that big.
