Fijne studio, goed en groot bed, lekker rustig en mooi groen op het terrein, 2 zwembaden, leuk voor kinderen, zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Kleine dingen: de badkamer werd erg nat (een douchegordijn bijvoorbeeld zou handig zijn) en misschien kan er ook een bezem in de studio liggen zodat je zelf elke dag even het zand eruit kan vegen. Faciliteiten zoals een restaurant of supermarkt zijn niet heel dichtbij. Wij hadden zelf een huurauto dus konden gaan en staan waar we wilden, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden (minstens 10min rijden).

a great place for us with the little kids to settle in and adjust after a long flight and jet lag. Super kid friendly, with a little kitchen to play with, kids toys, kids accessoires (bath tub, toilet seat). Very friendly staff and you see the owners put a lot of love into it. We even got Easter eggs and some fresh leftover pasta salad on arrival. Great list of recommendations, and the pools are very well maintained in a pretty jungle setting. We loved being away from the crowds of Tulum and Playa and close distance to several beach clubs and restaurants.

Don’t expect luxury but just clean and well maintained apartments, it is not shiny new. And get some groceries on the way as it’s a bit remote but we knew that and got tips for supermarket on the way from the airport. Several nice restaurants/beach clubs only 5-10 minutes away such as Kay and Turtle Bay cafe.

The host went out of her way to make us feel welcome, provide us with information and answer any questions we had. She made it a point to meet us during the stay and organized for a cleaning crew to stop by the room twice during our stay, which was very helpful.

The setting is incredible and you feel like you are part of the owners family! They are extremely helpful and supportive of your needs!

The shower was extremely difficult to use to get a consistent temperature despite following written instruction. And the shower spray painful. The shelf above the bathroom sink, which is great, is slanted so items slide off. The kitchen could use a few more pots and pans with lids to be able to prepare a meal. But other than that a terrific stay for a great price, with caring observant owners on site!

Unique location beautifully setup. Next to the highway and also in the middle of the jungle. They offer a quite place that is really unique. Comes with the ups and downs of electricity fall out.
