I recently had the pleasure of staying at Como Yamu Point, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The resort is stunning, with breathtaking views, luxurious amenities, and a serene atmosphere that provided the perfect escape. However, what truly sets Como Yamu Point apart is their exceptional staff. I would like to give special recognition to Pat, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless. I encountered an unexpected issue with my credit card, which could have been quite stressful. Pat handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and creativity, quickly finding a solution that allowed me to continue enjoying my stay without any disruptions. Pat’s dedication to providing top-notch service, combined with their problem-solving skills, made all the difference. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests’ well-being is truly commendable. It’s rare to find such committed and resourceful staff members, and Pat exemplifies the high standards that Como Yamu Point upholds. Thank you, Como Yamu Point, for an unforgettable experience. Hotel bem localizado. Quarto amplo e bem equipado. Equipe gentil e atenciosa. Café da manhã excelente.

- The property is in excellent condition. Didn’t see any wear and tear in our room or pool areas. - Room and common areas were always immaculate. - Staff were always friendly and very attentive. - 360 degree views of the bay were stunning.

Only slight let down on the food. - In room dining menu is limited with 2 pastas, a steak, pizzas burgers and sandwiches. I hoped to be able to order some authentic Thai, at least some chicken satay or a noodle dish. - Some of the food I had was pre prepared and not made fresh to order. Experienced this at breakfast, lunch, dinner and in room dining. - Alcohol was highly priced in my opinion. Also mostly families with young children staying here. If you don’t like to be around other peoples children I’d suggest booking an adults only hotel.

Superluxe hotel met ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Grote kamer met prachtig uitzicht. Groot zwembad en goed restaurant. Ontbijt en diner erg goed.

Helaas voor degene die veel op pad willen, strand en stad moet je gebruik maken van taxi’s

Wow, I honestly could not have asked for a more memorable hotel to celebrate my 40th Birthday. Our room was exceptional. Waking up to the most beautiful sunrise over the water from our bed was something I will not forget anytime soon. The gym/sauna and steam room was great. I had one of the best pastas of my life from their Italian restaurant and their buffet + ala carte breakfast was delicious. One of the best I've had. Also, the service was impeccable. Such lovely hotel staff. They looked after us every step of the way!

I honestly cant fault this hotel. The only thing that could have been a little better was the coffee- But its to be expected in Asia so cant complain!

The facility is fabulous, gym great, lovely classes& activities & views amazing Food is also great.& The team are exceptional Anna our Butler could not have done more to help us.

Beautiful property with stunning 360 views, very calming and fabulous views from the pool. Rooms The food is delicious, particularly in La Sirena. The rooms are very well designed and large, with great amenities, we had a view over the bay.

The bar men needed some help in making cocktails, the negroni was very watery but they did take on feedback

Ohne Auto oder Motorrad etwas Abgelgen , keine Möglichkeit sich in Restaurants ausserhalb des teuren Resorts, essen zu gehen.

It’s far away from everything which has its pros and cons. Good for relaxation. Expensive for taxis to surrounding areas

La gentillesse et le professionnalisme!

Room was great, upgraded to Phang Nga Pool Suite which had a lovely big pool. Room itself was huge and spacious, gorgeous free standing bath which was relaxing for the evening. Very clean. Staff so polite and helpful. Great location to reach Phuket Elephant Sanctuary and the rainforest in the north for hiking. Hotel offers day trips to Phuket Old Town, Big Buddha and various other options. We did 1 trip with the hotel and it was great. Huge hotel pool is lovely, as is the hotel design full of open spaces and sweeping views. Curries in the Thai restaurant on site were delicious.

Breakfast was disappointing, not much choice. All eggs we ordered weren't cooked in the middle, and little option for things like fresh fruit etc. Patio in room bizarrely made of individual stones so can't go out bare foot to the pool as it's really painful. Nowhere on site to buy snacks etc. Would have been nice to be able to buy bits (crisps, drinks etc) given we had a small kitchen area in the room.

Zeer mooi afgelegen hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Schitterend uitzicht. Als je een goede conditie hebt is er op loopafstand (dalen en klimmen) nog een betaalbaar restaurant. Verder alleen de faciliteiten van het resort en die zijn heel duur, helemaal voor Thaise begrippen. De kamers zijn, hoewel beetje sleets, nog steeds schitterend.

Het is erg afgelegen. Er valt buiten dure tours vanuit het resort buiten het resort om niets te doen. Je bent aangewezen op het resort dat relatief hoge prijzen voor F&B in rekening brengt. Flinke zak geld meenemen dus.

-A very personal choice but the rooms blue decor was very Greek Islands and not Thailand vibe! -Spa treatment’s overpriced -Situated on a hill with no direct access to the beach (unless i missed something!)
