I liked the lovely location and friendly host. The price was good. The scenery was magnificent and the cabin was comfortable and clean and basic. Get food and drink at the Coop in Moniste if coming from the south. Don't bring a car that you care about, the roads are rough.

The clouds of mosquitos who don't worry about citronella. Seriously bitten by them through the night. The only escape is to hide in the cabin. The gravel roads for about 5km leading to the location, not mentioned in the write-up. Don't use a heavy motorbike to arrive on, unless you like that kind of thing.

Everything was wonderfull!

This is my favourite place to have a weekend break in nature for two or with friends up to 8 people. There is a boat available for fishing, excellent sauna prepared by Harri, fireplaces outside to grill and make fish soup, table to chat and joke - everything needed for excellent evening.

Incredible little house/cottage lost in the forest! There is everything you might need inside. The view over the lake is impressive. We could use the owner's rowing boat and go on the lake for an hour or so, it was great! The owner is very friendly and helpful, he wants to make sure you're having a nice stay.

No internet/wifi. The access to it is quite difficult...it's a "long" dirt road and then you have to drive a path in the forest with quite some holes...I don't think you can make it with a normal car if it rains. Of course, you're lost in the wood, so you have to expect to hear animals around, especially during the night, we even had some scratching the house which was creepy!

There's no wi-fi!
