Location, bakery, staff
1. Room size - nowhere to put luggage.
2. Noise from other guests. Walls are very thin. We could hear someone snoring from the room next door.

Location was good and pricing was decent and shower was great
Bed and pillows were not comfortable
There were no fridge or closet to leave stuff so room was messy immediately
Room was very small and loud from a child’s playground outside

The king bed was great, shower was wonderful and the buffet was delicious.
Close to museums but near the local neighborhood and restaurants.

Having the bakery downstairs was amazing. My 18 yr old said it was the best hot chocolate she’d ever had. Location was also great. Our room had some wear and tear, but honestly it didn’t bother us at all given the other things the hotel offered.
Little bit of wear and tear, but nothing that really bothered us.

The bakery was excellent. Did not eat the regular breakfast. Very handy to have excellent food on site. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Room very small without area to open luggage. No view.

Everything is what I expected if it's not more. Great location, room is very clean and breakfast is very selective. the lobby smells delicious.

great staff, great bakery. Located with in easy walking distance of old town and Gaudi sites
split mattress for the king size bed. kept sliding into split.

the location is excellent - in the centre of the city and everything is accessible by walking
it was clean but quite bijou!
bed was comfortable and shower powerful and hot
no real facilities - no bar/ lounge area
the receptionist was young and humourless
the room in small but ok for 3 nights - any more and it would have been a struggle

Great location, very close to Casa Mila. Love the croissant & fresh orange juice, and the staffs are very helpful too.
You can smell the bakery in the hotel room 24/7, hope they can improve their ventilation.

Excellent location, just off the main highstreet but still a quiet peaceful area. The area feels safe with many attractions within walking distance. Nice bakery but unfortunately closed over the christmas period during most of our stay. Fortunately there are many other bakeries, cafes and restarants in the area with the vast majority being open over the christmas period.
Very minimal/basic rooms. Rooms appear to be aiming for a minimalist/scandi style but i suspect this is just because the rooms are so short on space there is no other option. One small clothing rail oddly located in the bathroom but nowhere else to store any of your belongings during your stay.
