The house was great and the location was perfect. The only criticism we have was that the TVs were unable to connect to the house wifi and so there were no streaming options for the kids. Other than that we had a great stay and enjoyed the amenities.

The house was clean, mostly updated and comfortable. We are a family of 6 - including 4 teens in town for a ski trip. Absolutely loved the location with easy access to Little & Big Cottonwood Canyons. Lots of shopping nearby. Had two living spaces which would be fantastic for 2 families. Would definitely stay here again. One note - fan in room with 2 beds was incredibly loud and needs to be serviced/replaced. Even with that - 5 star rating.

Great location. Easy access to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton. Large enough for our ski party of 8. We will hopefully book again next year.

Our group of 11 enjoyed staying at this property over the holidays; the house was clean and spacious, with sufficient private space for the teens and adults. The property manager was also very responsive to the minor repair requests we had. Overall a very positive experience!

House overall was a decent place to stay at. Only 2 issues. It has one air conditioner for a three-story home which naturally the hot air rises to the top so the upstairs was piping hot when we got there. And number two the hot water in the master bathroom shower did not work for some reason. Tried letting it sit for 10 minutes and then only stayed cold. It’s a good location with a lot of beds.

This house was a perfect fit for our family ski vacation. It was clean and well-appointed with a few basic necessities (toiletries, cooking spices). The one small repair that was needed was attended to quickly by the property manager - communication was clear and we spent very little time dealing with that. Most appreciated was the simple departure procedures - no beds to strip - which was greatly appreciated as we had an early morning flight on our last day. Thanks and we’ll be back!

We were thrilled at the cleanliness and order of this house. Everything about the property was easy to navigate, from the organization of the kitchen to details like house rules, toiletries, garbage and departure. Proximity to Alta made this a great choice for a family ski vacation. We look forward to coming back!

The Oaks at Wasatch was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in Salt Lake City. It had more than enough room and all the amenities we could possibly need or want. Most importantly, it was very clean. Th only negative was their paper products which they need to upgrade. However, we just bought what we needed. Next time we visit family in the area we will definitely try to book this condo again. We also recommend this condo to visitors to the area. It is perfect for big groups.

With exception of needing more paper towels and napkins in the kitchen, all is well.

My husband and I stayed in this town home with 3 other people and my baby and it was amazing. The decor is all modern, super nice, granite countertops. It had 4 bedrooms so my baby could have her own room. My sister in law loved the basement apartment. It had 4 bathrooms as well, which is especially nice when you have so many people. The TV had cable and Netflix, which is nice at night before bed. There was a guy who came by and gave us tips about the house, I don't know if he was the manager or maintenance man, but it was really helpful.

The home was very accommodating for my family of 9. Never came across the key to the home though. Used the digital lock when coming and going from the home. We only ate breakfast and sleep at the home since we our day visiting the sites. We usually left the house at 6:00/6:30 am arriving back at 9:00/10:00 pm. if not later. The last day was the most time we spent at the home. We washed all the towels and all the bed linens. Folded most of the towels and bedding, left on the master bedroom bed. When we left, there was one load drying, one load on top of the dryer waiting for dryer and the last load in the washer. Would have love to actually spent more time enjoying the home. Our next vacation will be in Wyoming. Hoping that Vacasa also covers that area since we had such a good experience. The picture truly represented the reality of the home. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend this home.

This home was perfect for our family. We could walk to the park, hang out downstairs, close to a grocery store. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed to make all of our own meals during our stay.

This is our second time staying at the Oaks at Wasatch. Friends also rented two other homes there as well. Our unit was the best laid out, cleanest, and most modern home amongst the three. The home was furnished with extra pillows and blankets, lots of kitchen utentsils, pots and pans, and linens/towels. There was laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, small shampoo/conditioner and lotion, soaps, etc. Everything was well thought out. The furnishings in the unit made it perfect for two familes - with still room! It made our ski trip perfect - 25 minutes to solitude, Brighton, Alta, or snowbird. Smith's is about 2 minutes away and just a bit further down within 5-10 minutes, you can find Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. A great ski trip location and a beautiful house to share with friends.
