Location, space of the apartment

quite old, needs some repairs here and there. not the best value for the money considering malfunctioning infrastructure (problems with water pressure and internet). The staff could have been nicer. Watch for the regulations concerning the use of the kitchenette. According to so called “inner regulations” that are not fully revealed in the booking offer they are eligible to retain your deposit (or at least a part of it) if you use the kitchen appliances. They did not do that in my case but I left everything as if I hadn’t used it at all. As far as fair offers are concerned I would like to have it clearly stated in the booking offer beforehand. The deposit in my case was 150 euro and the cost of stay 300 euro. So watch your money guys and clear that with the property before you book.

swimming pool was Ok

the area is full of ants, mosquitos etc. at evening and at night when you open the door they are everywhere in just a minute. horroble experience. staff at this place cannot speak a word in english and they are rude, seems to dont care about any problems. reception is closed all the time, so you have to be lucky to see anyone there. internet is litteraly not working, is on and off at all time. and in the end they charged us extra 85 euros coz we used glasses in the kitchen! and they said they should charge 120 euros for using a glasses and plates in the kitchen!!! madness, I have never seen anything like this before! horrible plce, horrible experience, the most unpolite owners I have ever met in my whole life, not reccommend to anyone, they are just a thiefs

Clean and during the week quiet apartment, close to the beach. Very friendly staff/host: Miguel was very kind in organizing rental bikes that were brought to the hotel for us, and he and his wife Meike helped us a lot to get around without a car, they really went the extra mile for us!!

Next time we would come by car, you definitely need a car to get around!

Fantastic location near a pristine beach. On-site parking, supermarket nearby.

The bed isn't very comfortable. The fact that I was not allowed to use the kitchen was unusual. Apparently there are two reservation options, one with, and one without the ability to use the kitchen. I had stayed in this hotel in 2019, when this rule wasn't in effect, and I didn't check the reservation details.

Good location. Great value for money

Staff. Check in took 30 minutes, with 3 people at the front desk, and only 1 guest before us. Almost no information given. Next morning when we went to get breakfast (reservation said it was available for an extra eur 6/person) they told us we needed to book it the previous day. Guy at the restaurant was really helpful and was able to prepare it in 30 minutes. They charged us eur 8/person even though the publication said 6

GREAT LOCATION: CLOSE TO BEACH, THE MARINA ETC. VERY HELPFUL STAFF. OUR 2ND TIME AT THIS HOTEL AND HAPPY WITH IT.

The apartment is spacious and has everything inside. It is so close to riumar beach. Pool is a plus.

Beds were comfy and the apartment is big and equipped with everything we needed for cooking and feeling at home. There is a supermarket attached to the structure, which makes it easy not to move the car for going groceries. There is an amazing walk along the stunning beach of the town, where it’s possible to go for a swim. The swimming pool of the hotel is nice. The staff was super friendly.

The centralized air conditioning was working well only in the living room, while it was not working properly in the rooms. The cleaning staff uses a very noisy trolley which woke up our baby several times during our stay.

perfect location for the sandy beach, family friendly. basic but clean apartment with a nice pool.
