The hotel is very well positioned, very clean and comfy. It is one of the very few hotels accepting pets, which is great.

We received a different room than we paid for with a different view on the back of the property instead a garden view we paid for.The toilet was dirty ,we found dead bugs on the floor and bird poo on the balcony door.,dirty walls , a cracked sink and cracked shower tile.The shower metal parts where rusted.We found a large spider nest under the living room table which shows that nobody bothered to clean the apartment prior to our arrival.We asked the receptionist that we don’t want nobody from housekeeping in our apartment but we had the disappointment to find out that someone was in.I would not rate this property more than 2 stars.Would not recommend!Avoid at all cost and spend your money somewhere else.

Could do better for the money payed , apartment wasn’t worth 3 start , old furniture, bathroom wasn’t what you would expect , broken shower head , draining slow making the floor go flooded. Parking was an night mare with no designated parking slots , need some serious luck to find an space!

Central position

The room was not neat when we got it. Heavy smell of mold in the room, covered with perfume when we got the room but after a few hours you can smell it easily. The AC needs to be cleaned I guess. Mold in the shower, that shouldn't happen if it's cleaned regularly. The room was not cleaned or bedsheets changed in 6 days, that's too much. It was our 5th stay in the hotel since they renewed it but the first one with the new owner.... sadly to say but it's gonna be our last.

We have parked our cars at Eforie Nord Port in the morning. After a day-long boat party [Pe Val Experience] on the Black Sea, we all decided not to drive on that evening. We were 3 guys looking for a cheap accomodation (180 RON = ~36.92 Euro per triple room/night) in September and happy to find Penguin (hilarious marketing). » 60 RON/person/night which is ~12.30 Euro/night is great value for the money » room had balcony and surroundings were quiet » anti-COVID-19 measures were in place » big and friendly penguin sticker in the bathroom, appreciate the humor
