The basement renovations have been completed and it looks great.

Access to the beach must be extended 30 minutes past the beach closing time. There is no reason to set a closing time 30 minutes before the beach closes. You need a dedicated convenience store, the vending machines are of poor quality and have a poor variety. Like the beach access, you should be looking to increase my enjoyment of your property not limit it.

The hotel is big and KT One mall is situated at the center of the hotel which is good to provide a lot of entertaining facilities.

The rooms were a bit too old and in old fashioned. The WIFI didn't work properly after fixing it. The spaces for the beach allocated to the hotel is relatively small.

Most facilities are closed due to the COVID-19 situation, which is fully understandable. However as the situation is getting much better with relaxation of measures from CDC, a notification should be sent to customers to describe what is closed/opened. Especially if we cannot benefit from the marvelous swimming pool, the price of the room does not worth it. Hopefully after a claim, the GM offered us 2 breakfasts.
